    Abstract: A thermal imaging apparatus for measuring a temperature of a target in a monitored area comprises a thermal imager, an optical image capturing device and a computing processing device. The thermal imager is configured to capture a thermal image of the monitored area. The optical image capturing device is configured to capture optical images of the monitored area. The computing processing device is configured to determine one of the optical images as a determined optical image synchronizing with the thermal image according to positions of blocks corresponding to the target in the thermal image and the optical images, perform calculation according to the thermal image and the determined optical image to obtain a measured distance between the target and the thermal imaging apparatus, and perform calibration according to the measured distance and the thermal image to obtain a calibrated temperature value of the target.

    Abstract: A smart window includes two transparent substrates and a liquid crystal layer. The two transparent substrates are opposite to each other and are electrically connected to a voltage supply. A first pulse voltage or a second pulse voltage is provided between the two transparent substrates by the voltage supply. The liquid crystal layer is located between the two transparent substrates and has a liquid crystal material. The liquid crystal material has a pitch of at most 250 nanometers or at least 500 nanometers. The liquid crystal material includes a nematic liquid crystal, a rotatory molecule, and a photochromic dye mixed with each other. The liquid crystal material changes a transmittance corresponding to a specific light wavelength range when receiving a light. The liquid crystal material is switched between a planar texture and a focal-conic texture respectively according to the first pulse voltage and the second pulse voltage.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a hyperspectral data analysis method based on a semi-supervised learning strategy, which includes: hyperspectral sample data is acquired; a sample training set and a prediction set are constructed, herein an unlabeled prediction set sample is used; a regression network based on a generative adversarial network is constructed, including a generator network that generates a sample, and a discriminator/regressor network that has functions of judging the authenticity of the sample and outputting a quantitative analysis value at the same time; a loss function of the generative adversarial network is constructed, including a loss function of the discriminator, a loss function of the regressor, and a loss function of the generator with a sample distribution matching function. The generative adversarial network is used to generate a sample. A sample distribution matching strategy is used to supplement an existing unlabeled sample set. So the accuracy of hyperspectral quantitative analysis is improved.

    Abstract: A high-performance distributed fiber sensing system based on EHz ultrafast pulse scanning. During testing of a disturbance signal, an internally frequency converted pulse light emitted by an EHz ultrafast pulse scanning laser enters a sensing fiber after passing through a circulator, and a backward Rayleigh scattering signal transmitted by the sensing fiber enters an unbalanced Michelson interferometer after passing through a coupler. By designing an arm length difference between two interference arms, interferences sequentially occur for the backward Rayleigh scattering light at a position where lengths of two adjacent arms differ. A signal received after passing through the unbalanced Michelson interferometer includes a phase difference signal caused by an external disturbance signal in the sensing fiber.

    Abstract: A surface monitoring device is for monitoring a contact surface of a detected object. The surface monitoring device and the detected object are disposed on a substrate. The surface monitoring device includes a resonant mechanical part, having a contact tip adjacent to the contact surface by a preset gap in a static state. An analysis circuit to analyze a ratio of an output voltage to an input voltage of the input signal and determine the tapping bandwidth, wherein the ratio in the tapping bandwidth is jumping to a flatten phase.
