  • Publication number: 20100190340
Abstract: In a method of forming fine patterns, a photocurable coating layer is formed on a substrate. A first surface of a template makes contact with the photocurable coating layer. The first surface of the template includes at least two first patterns having a first dispersion degree of sizes, and at least one portion of the first surface of the template includes a photo attenuation member. A light is irradiated onto the photocurable coating layer through the template to form a cured coating layer including second patterns having a second dispersion degree of sizes. The second patterns are generated from the first patterns and the second dispersion degree is less than the first dispersion degree. The template is separate from the cured coating layer. A size dispersion degree of the patterns used in a nanoimprint lithography process may be adjusted by the light attenuation member, so that the fine patterns may be formed to have an improved size dispersion degree.

  • Publication number: 20100027508
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method in which a mobile node having mobility performs handover in a mobile communication system, and more particularly, to a fast handover method and system using network-based localized mobility Management. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in a network access process between a mobile node and a base station, the base station sends a message allowing network access to the mobile node and a link-up message to an access router. Then, the access router sends a location registration message, which includes a mobile node identifier, a target base station identifier, a localized mobility anchor identifier, and access permission flag information, to a localized mobility anchor (LMA), and receives an acknowledgement (Ack) message including network prefix information. Accordingly, when a router advertisement (RA) message is sent to the base station, the mobile node performs duplicate address detection (DAD).

  • Patent number: 7653061
Abstract: A method of generating a flow label of an Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) is provided. A terminal generates a flow label to have four tuple information selected from five tuple information according to the provided method when the terminal creates a header. A network device classifies flows based on the four tuple information in the flow label generated according to the provided method. Since the flow label is generated to include only selected information and the network device analyzes less amount of information to classify the flows, the processing overhead is reduced. Also, since the terminal generates the flow label with selected essential information to classify the flows, the network device can finely classify the flows. Therefore, the differentiated service can be provided.
