Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes: a display panel; a light source assembly; a light guide plate (LGP); a mold frame; and a bottom chassis. The light source assembly includes a light source configured to generate light and a circuit board on which the light source is mounted. The LGP includes an incident surface upon which the light generated by the light source is incident and an exit surface configured to output the light incident through the incident surface toward the display panel. The mold frame includes a sidewall and a protrusion which protrudes inward from the sidewall. The bottom chassis includes a bottom portion and a sidewall portion and houses the mold frame, the LGP and the light source assembly. The display panel is placed on an upper surface of the protrusion, at least a portion of the circuit board is disposed between a lower surface of the protrusion and the bottom portion, and an upper surface of the light source does not overlap the protrusion.

Abstract: A hairpiece or wig is formed of a substrate having at least two layers or sets of fibers. The hairpiece has a wig cap section which forming the core of the hairpiece to be placed on the head of an individual. The wig cap may be formed of a plurality of selectively-deformable rings adapted to adjustably conform to a head of an individual. A mesh section of the wig cap may adorn the portion of the wig cap corresponding to the forehead of the individual. The mesh section may have opposing parting areas on the left and right anterior portions of wig cap formed by recesses extending into the deformable ring portion of the wig cap. Hair strands extending from each parting area may have different shades and/or colors from one another and/or any hair strands extending from the deformable ring portion of the wig cap.

Abstract: A hair clip having a rectangular base frame, with a plurality of prongs forming a unitary structure with the base frame, is disclosed. A weft clip frame is fixedly attached to, or forms a unitary structure with, the base frame. The weft clips which are attached thereto form a U-shape with a portion of said U-shape on either side of the rectangular base frame and extend over an uppermost extremity of the rectangular base, while the lower end of the rectangular base has openings of prongs for attaching hair thereto. The weft clips, in embodiments, hold the weft of a hair extension between the weft clip and rectangular base, such as in a portal of the weft clip opening only towards the top of the rectangular base.

Abstract: A backlight assembly includes a light guide member extending in a direction and having a light incident surface and a light exiting surface. A light source faces the light guide member and supplies light to the light guide member through the light incident surface. A reflecting member reflects light exiting from the light exiting surface of the light guide member. The reflecting member includes a groove receiving the light guide member. A first reflecting portion is disposed under the light guide member and reflects light refracted by the light guide member in an upward direction. A second reflecting portion is disposed on the light guide member and reflects light refracted by the light guide member in a downward direction.

Abstract: A backlight device is provided. A backlight device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower cover enclosing a light guide plate and having a bottom cover and a side cover; and a printed circuit board attached to the lower cover and mounted with the light source, wherein the first opening is formed in the lower cover. The light source is inserted into the first opening and is positioned on an inner surface of the lower cover, and the printed circuit board is positioned at the outer surface of the lower cover.

Abstract: An elastic head band which fits around a wearer's head from front to back wherein each end of such elastic band has part of attaching devices such that the head band will be held in place. The elastic band has essentially two purposes: one is decorative and the other is functional in that it helps to keep a wearer's wig in place.
