  • Publication number: 20120329087
Abstract: A cell preparation containing mesenchymal stem cells whose immunosuppression ability is maintained is produced by means of a serum-free or low-serum culture. A method for producing a cell preparation containing mesenchymal stem cells, comprising the steps of: (A) proliferating mesenchymal stem cells in a serum-free medium “A” containing an FGF, a PDGF, a TGF-?, an HGF, an EGF, at least one phospholipid, and at least one fatty acid; and (B) screening mesenchymal stem cells whose immunosuppression ability is maintained or improved, from the mesenchymal stem cells thus proliferated in the step (A).

  • Publication number: 20110212523
Abstract: Provided is a differentiation-inducing culture medium additive for inducing bone differentiation of at least one type of cell selected from the group consisting of a stem cell, a dental pulp cell, a periodontal ligament cell, a placenta, an amnion, and a fibroblast under a serum-free condition, and a use of the differentiation-inducing culture medium additive. The differentiation-inducing culture medium additive of the present invention for inducing differentiation of a stem cell under a serum-free condition at least contains at least one growth factor selected from the group consisting of EGF, FGF, and PDGF; dexamethasone; and ?-glycerophosphate. The differentiation-inducing culture medium additive of the present invention does not require ascorbic acid 2-phosphate and ITS, which are normally essential for bone differentiation. Further, bone differentiation can be promoted by adding phospholipid.

  • Patent number: 7920375
Abstract: A support module for supporting a display module and a display device using a support module and the display module is disclosed in the present invention. The display device includes display module housing, a display module, and a support module. The support module includes a linking unit and a supporting unit. The linking unit and the supporting unit are partially linked and their corresponding positions are changeable. The linking unit extends out a first length or a second length from the receiving portion. The display device further includes a base. When the linking unit extends out the first length from the receiving portion, the display module housing separates from the base. When the linking unit extends out the second length from the receiving portion, the display module housing can be connected to the base by the linking unit.

  • Publication number: 20100328862
Abstract: A display device includes a front frame, a panel module, a main back cover, a sub-back cover, a circuit device and a stand set, wherein the main back cover includes a recess portion sinking from the main back cover toward the panel module. An inner space is formed between the recess portion and the sub-back cover. The circuit device is disposed in the inner space and connected to the recess portion. In different embodiments, the display device includes a reinforcing rib for grounding purpose. The reinforcing rib is disposed on the panel module and is located between the panel module and the main back cover. Furthermore, a through-hole is formed on the recess portion for the reinforcing rib to pass through and electrically couples with the circuit device.

  • Publication number: 20090195357
Abstract: An active transmission architecture without battery and the application are proposed, which make use of an analog front-end circuit to convert a received carrier into a dc signal for providing power for the active transmission architecture without battery, and therefore actively produces a replying signal with the same or different frequencies from the carrier. It is not necessary to add an extra power circuit, hence accomplishing the advantage of no battery. The proposed active transmission architecture without battery can apply to RFID systems or be used in applications that require transmitter and receiver modules.
