Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparing process an organic-inorganic composite polymer membrane for fuel cell by using sol-gel process. At this time, it is characterized in that when a sulfonated hydrocarbons polymer having ion conductivity is cast with film shape, sol-gel process which enables to distribute an inorganic matter having an excellent cation exchange and moisture holding capacity homogeneously is used. With homogeneous introduction of an inorganic matter into a polymer matrix by sol-gel process according to the present invention, it is possible to improve a phenomenon that an inorganic matter is partially concentrated at some position, thereby enabling to obtain an ion conducting organic-inorganic composite polymer membrane having an excellent ion conductivity.

  • Publication number: 20090150717
Abstract: Provided is an availability prediction method for a high availability. The method includes calculating a basic survival probability that the other node survives until a failure on one node of two nodes constituting a cluster is fixed, and determining an optimal number of nodes meeting a preset reference availability probability by calculating an availability probability for a predetermined range of the number of nodes on the basis of the basic survival probability. The method determines the number of nodes in the high availability cluster so as to match a reference availability probability, and is able to accomplish an optimal configuration of a cluster by calculating the availability probabilities for combinations between active node and passive nodes and between head nodes and switches.

  • Publication number: 20090020226
Abstract: An etching apparatus includes: an etching chamber; a piping unit disposed in an upper portion of the etching chamber and including a plurality of nozzles via which an etchant is sprayed; a substrate mask disposed below the piping unit; and a transfer unit disposed below the substrate mask and used to transfer a substrate. The substrate mask interposed between the piping unit including the nozzles and the substrate has a mesh structure or a plurality of holes or slits. Thus, the generation of microbubbles can be prevented during a wet etching process so that a thin layer formed on the substrate can be etched at a uniform etch rate. Also, a lift unit having a fixing unit may be disposed on a lateral surface of the substrate mask. The lift unit moves the substrate mask up and down so as to obtain a uniform etch rate.

  • Publication number: 20090022627
Abstract: A color-changing adsorption fabric is provided to identify an adsorption state of a type of chemical, e.g., acid, alkali or organic matter, the color change being generated through a chemical reaction between chemical solution and pH-indicator material after wiping the chemical solution with the fabric. An adsorption fabric used in wiping the chemical solution may include a material, whose color changes when contacting an acid, alkali or organic matter, thereby identifying a type of chemical solution and thus preventing or reducing a fire occurrence. The color change of the adsorption fabric used in wiping a chemical solution may be identified with the naked eye so that separating and disposing the used-adsorption fabric corresponding to a type of chemical may be easier.
