    Abstract: An address aligner includes a command address providing unit, an alignment signal providing unit and an alignment unit. The command address providing unit outputs a sync command address signal by delaying a command address signal in synchronization with a first clock signal. The sync command address signal is synchronized with the first clock signal. The alignment signal providing unit outputs alignment clock signals by delaying a chip select signal in synchronization with a second clock signal. The alignment clock signals are synchronized with the second clock signal. The alignment unit outputs a plurality of addresses in synchronization with the alignment clock signals. The plurality of addresses is included in the sync command address signal. If the address aligner according to example embodiments is used, the operation speed of the memory device may be increased by aligning a plurality of addresses in synchronization with the alignment clock signal that is generated based on a chip select signal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing aseptic packaged instant wet scorched rice, which mixes roasted rice, polished rice, and dried scorched rice, sterilizes the mixture, and adds a concentrate extracted from roasted rice, a polygonatum concentrate, and rice cooking water with a rice starch to the mixture to produce wet scorched rice. Subsequently, the thus-produced wet scorched rice is sealed in an aseptic condition, steamed, and cooled to produce aseptic packaged instant wet scorched rice. As the aseptic packaged instant wet scorched rice prepared according to the method of the present invention is sterilized, the rice can be preserved over 6 months or longer at room temperature. Further, the flavor of the roasted rice and the scorched rice is diffused to maximize the unique flavor of the scorched rice. The starch of the scorched rice is eluted to the rice cooking water to provide a predetermined turbidity and to enrich the flavor of the scorched rice.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic transmission for a bicycle, including: a front sprocket unit coupled to pedals; a rear sprocket unit mounted to a rear wheel; and a drive chain, extremities of which are wound around one sprocket of the front sprocket unit and around one sprocket of the rear sprocket unit, respectively, whereby the torque and speed of the bicycle can be changed in accordance with the combination of the diameters of the sprockets. The front sprocket unit receives a rotating force, and rotates in a direction that propels a bicycle body having pedals forward, but does not receive a rotating force in a direction opposite the rotating direction. The automatic transmission of the present invention can automatically perform a gear-shifting operation without forcing a rider to work the pedals while riding, yet changing the torque and speed of the bicycle.
