    Abstract: Disclosed is a high frequency composite component formed of a single module comprising a surface acoustic wave (SAW) duplexer and a diplexer in a front-end portion for processing a high frequency signal between a transmitting/receiving unit and an antenna of a high frequency circuit of a dual band mobile communication terminal, thereby improving characteristics such as reducing insertion loss and satisfying the miniaturization of the mobile communication terminal. The diplexer is formed of a conductive pattern on a plurality of dielectric sheets of a laminated structure, and the SAW duplexer includes two SAW filters mounted on a cavity of the laminated structure and a phase shifting device formed as a conductive pattern on a dielectric sheet of the laminated structure.

A write charge control circuit is controlled according to a write control signal and the same or a different address value. Charging to and charging from the same data IO lines is controlled using the read charge amplifier circuit and the write charge amplifier circuit. A column select line circuit can be configured into a first arrangement where a first output is activated according to a read control signal and an address and a second output is activated according to a write control signal and the same or a different address. In a second arrangement, the first output is activated according to an address and either the read control signal or the write control signal.

    Abstract: A triplexer and a multilayered structure thereof. The triplexer comprises a first filter circuit and a low pass filter circuit connected in parallel to an input terminal, and a second filter circuit and a third filter circuit connected in parallel to an output terminal of the low pass filter circuit. The first filter circuit passes a signal of a first frequency band, and the low pass filter circuit passes a signal of a predetermined frequency band which is lower than the first frequency band. The second filter circuit extracts a signal of a second frequency band from the predetermined frequency band signal, and the third filter circuit extracts a signal of a third frequency band from the predetermined frequency band signal, which third frequency band is lower than the second frequency band. The low pass filter circuit includes a notch circuit for extending a portion of the predetermined frequency band, neighboring the first frequency band.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a LED which can be mounted at high density on a large area display. Having a hole for heat sink in the ceramic substrate, the LED is superior in heat sink property. In order to fabricate the light emitting device, first, a secondary ceramic sheet is stacked on the ceramic substrate, followed by forming electrodes in a predetermined pattern on the secondary ceramic sheet around the hole for heat sink. On the ceramic substrate, an upper ceramic sheet with an opening is stacked to form a stacked ceramic substrate in such a way that a part of the electrodes are exposed through the opening. After co-firing the stacked ceramic substrate, a light emitting diode chip is mounted on the secondary ceramic sheet at a position corresponding to the hole for heat sink. Then, the electrodes are electrically connected with the LED chip, and the LED chip is sealed with insulating resin. A light emitting device using the LED and a fabrication method therefor are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A process and circuit for down-converting a spread spectrum signal by first and second local oscillating signals, amplifying the down-converted signal, separating the amplified signal into intermediate base band signals of I and Q channels, and demodulating the intermediate base band signals in a receiver of a code division multiple access/direct sequence system. The amplified signal is squared to provide an intermediate frequency signal of 2f.sub.IF, which is then band pass filtered. The filtered signal is limiting-amplified to be maintained at a given level. A deviation under 1 dB of an input level is automatically adjusted in order to supplement an input dynamic range of the limiting-amplified signal, and the adjusted signal is divided to produce and intermediate frequency signal having a frequency of f.sub.IF.

    Abstract: A receiver operated using a spread spectrum code division multiple access mode includes integrators for respectively integrating two signals of an in-phase channel and a quadrature channel, a comparator for comparing the two integrated signals, and a multiplexer for selectively outputting a signal having the greater magnitude between the two signals of the in-phase and quadrature channels in accordance with the result of the comparison in the comparator. Therefore, one channel outputting a signal having the greater magnitude between the two signals is selected to despread and demodulate the signal, using the regular difference of the outputs from the in-phase and quadrature channels. Thus, the favorable channel conditions can be maintained, and the despreading and demodulating can be simplified.
