    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes the following operations. A substrate is provided with a device and an insulating layer disposed over the device. A silicon-containing heterocyclic compound precursor and a first oxygen-containing compound precursor are introduced to the substrate, so as to form a zeroth dielectric layer on the insulating layer. A zeroth metal layer is formed in the zeroth dielectric layer. A silicon-containing linear compound precursor and a second oxygen-containing compound precursor are introduced to the substrate to form a first dielectric layer on the zeroth dielectric layer. A first metal layer is formed in the first dielectric layer.

    Abstract: Provided are a multi-scale and multi-parameter collaborative testing device and method for true triaxial hydraulic fracturing. The method includes: processing a retrieved rock sample, forming a fracturing port on the top surface of a rock specimen, placing a fracturing pipe in a hole, and connecting the fracturing pipe to a high-pressure water supply pipe; installing and connecting sensors on pressure plates, connecting wires, and turning on testing devices; sealing an airtight chamber, filling oil into the airtight chamber until the airtight chamber is full of oil, and keeping a room temperature constant; turning on a water supply device, starting hydraulic fracturing, and turning on testing modules at the same time; and stopping hydraulic fracturing after complete fracture of the specimen, returning oil to an oil tank, opening the airtight chamber to take out the specimen for observation and photographing, and performing data processing and analysis at the same time.

The operations also include determining, based on the transmission data, a temperature of a target body that generates the thermal radiation.

The core cloud stores registration information about the terminal vehicles and the RSUs; the edge cloud performs identity verification on the RSUs according to the registration information, and after the verification is passed, the edge cloud generates a temporary shared session key and sends the same to the RSU and the terminal vehicle, and the RSU and the terminal vehicle establish encrypted communication according to the temporary shared session key, to provide a network communication service for the terminal vehicle. In the present disclosure, a vehicle identity authentication efficiency in a scene with a large traffic density can be effectively improved.

    Abstract: A wireless peripheral device operatively coupled to a wireless dongle of an information handling system includes a microcontroller to receive a polling packet from the operatively coupled wireless dongle, via a wireless peripheral device radio, identifying a selected number of encrypted data packets for a data packet frame. With the initial key or dynamic key, the encryption system uses a shifting state machine output from each of a first and second LFSR in an encryption algorithm to generate a data packet encryption output value. The data packet is encrypted via an XOR operator with the data packet encryption output value, and each generated data packet encryption output value is subsequently the dynamic key for encryption of subsequent data packets.
