  • Publication number: 20080231905
Abstract: A method for calculating ink-jet printing data is disclosed. A preset pattern is first obtained. Ink-jet points required for the preset pattern are calculated to select a filtering mode. A filtering operation is implemented on the preset pattern according to the filtering mode, resulting in an applicable number of ink-jet points for the preset pattern. The preset pattern is printed on a base board based on the resulting ink-jet points.

  • Publication number: 20080018681
Abstract: An ink-jet system and an ink-jet control method are provided. The ink-jet system mainly includes an ink-jet head, a feedback unit and a frequency eliminator. The feedback unit provides a feedback signal to the ink-jet head as the ink-jet head performs jet printing. Next, the frequency of the feedback signal is eliminated by the frequency eliminator to produce a driving signal. Then, the ink-jet head is controlled to perform ink-jetting according to the driving signal. The frequency of the feedback signal is higher than that of the driving signal, and the frequency of the feedback signal is divisible by that of the driving signal. The ink-jet system and the ink-jet control method meets high precision and high speed ink-jet requirements and are capable of fabricating patterns with different resolutions.

  • Publication number: 20080007836
Abstract: A microlens module applicable in an optoelectronic device and a method for fabricating the microlens module are proposed, by which an array of microlenses can be fabricated on an optoelectronic device. The present invention is characterized that a self-assembling monolayer is imprinted onto a substrate using an imprinting technique, so as to define a microlens predetermining distribution region and a peripheral region. Then, a solution with a high light transmittance is jetted on the microlens predetermining distribution region using an ink-jet printing technique, so as to form microlenses. In comparison to prior-art techniques, as the method for fabricating the microlens module on the optoelectronic device does not require complicated and expensive techniques, the present invention is simple in fabrication and cost-effective.

  • Publication number: 20070268421
Abstract: An active array color filter structure and a fabricating method therefor are provided, wherein the difference between the surface properties of lipophilicity and lipophobicity is utilized. When inks are coated on the active array substrate, ink at the lipophobic areas on the active array substrate will be naturally repelled, so that the color filter pixels formed on the active array substrate naturally have contact vias, which facilitates the electrical coupling of pixel electrodes and switch elements. Since there is no aligning or laminating process required for the color filter substrate and the active array substrate during fabrication, no aligning errors will occur. Also, as the pixel electrode can extend to cover above the corresponding switch element, the aggravation of the switch element is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20060121199
Abstract: A method of forming micro holes metal membrane by inkjet printing spray micro droplets of a catalyst in the holes after the substrate surface is treated. The catalyst adsorbs and dries on the inner walls of the holes. After that, the surface properties of the substrate are changed so that the coating solution readily enters the holes and forms a membrane on their inner walls. This can avoid incomplete metal coating due to residual air in the holes and forming a disconnected circuit. Moreover, the adhesive force between the inner wall of the holes and the metal improves the situation of coated layer peeling. The method reduces the use of precious catalyst, the fabrication procedure, and the production of photo resist etching waste. Since it does not require expensive equipment and space for exposure, developing, laser drilling, the method lowers the production cost and satisfies the environmental protection requirements.
