    Abstract: An inertia braking test system and a control method is provided, wherein the inertia braking test system is composed of an inertia brake test system, a sensor system and a tested object. An actuating device is connected with the inertia brake control device through a ball stud. The actuation function of the inertia brake control device with two degrees of freedom along the front-and-rear direction and the up-and-down direction of the vehicle is realized. The movable chassis realizes the mobile function of the system. The acceleration sensor can sense the acceleration of the movable chassis. Each force is tested by the first force sensor, the second force sensor and the third force sensor. The displacement data is measured by the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor, so that a movable brake system test is achieved.

The middle tier does not need to create the application session or its adjunct security context. Instead, the middle tier sends an end-user token that the middle tier piggybacks to database requests that are sent through database connections. The end-user token identifies an end user and has been authenticated by the middle tier. The generation of the end-user token is concomitant to the process of the middle tier authenticating the end user. The DBMS invokes a user-defined function to generate an adjunct security context. The user-defined function generates the adjunct security context based on the end-user token. Application developers can customize the user-defined function to customize backend security for their needs.

    Abstract: The present disclosure disclosed recombinase aided amplification (RAA) primers and kits for the detection of hepatitis c virus. Nucleotide sequences of the RAA primers include: an upstream primer: 5?-FITC-CTTGGGATATGATGATGAACTGGTCACCTAC-3? (SEQ ID NO. 1); and a downstream primer: 5?-Biotin-AAGAGTAGCATCACAATCAGAACCTTAGCC-3? (SEQ ID NO. 2). The HCV detection by using the RAA primers screened by the present disclosure has good specificity and high sensitivity (at least 10 copies/?L can be detected). The RAA primers can be used to prepare an HCV detection kit and construct an RAA amplification system. And combined with a lateral flow chromatography technology, the present disclosure can achieve rapid and low-cost detection of HCV and visual result judgment, no complex professional background is required, the use process is convenient and fast, and the detection results are safe and reliable.
