    Abstract: A vehicle information and environmental monitoring compound vehicle system is provided, including a sensor device used as a mobile sensor for collecting sensory data of roads, and the sensor device integrates various sensor modules and the second-generation on board computer diagnostic system serial port. The sensor device also integrates a long-distance low-power Internet of Things (LoRa) communication protocol, which can transmit data through the long-distance low-power Internet of Things gateway, and upload data to the cloud platform based on algorithm. The results of the analysis can establish a wide range of traffic congestion model through the detection information of traffic flow, and traffic density. The use of pixel-based measurement methods can quantify the urban road temperature, establish the urban heat island effect model, analyze the influence of temperature and humidity on the disease spread, establish the disease diffusion model, and display the sensor data in the graphical user interface.

The heat of the RF power element is conducted to the heat conduction board and the heat pipe, and then the heat is quickly conducted to the fins to be dissipated away quickly, and the RF power element can quickly reach a stable temperature.

In one technique, the authorization context of a database statement is stored in (or in association with) a corresponding cursor. The authorization context indicates multiple authorization results, each of which indicates whether a user (or role) associated with the database statement is allowed to access a different data set of multiple data sets that the database statement targets. An authorization context of an incoming database statement may be compared to the authorization context of a cursor in a single comparison to determine whether the authorization contexts match. If so, then the cursor may be shared. In another technique, one or more normalizations are applied to a cursor predicate that is generated based on the authorization context of a database statement. The one or more normalizations may result in removing one or more predicates from the cursor predicate.
