    Abstract: Provided are a thin film transistor and method for manufacturing the same, array substrate, display panel and display device. The thin film transistor includes: a gate pattern, a gate insulating layer, an active layer pattern, a source pattern and a drain pattern sequentially stacked. At least one of a surface of the source pattern facing the gate insulating layer, a surface of the drain pattern facing the gate insulating layer, and a surface of the gate pattern facing the gate insulating layer is a target surface which can diffusely reflecting lights entering the target surface, to prevent part of the lights from entering the active layer pattern. The display device solves the problem of volt-ampere characteristic curve of the active layer pattern being deflected and a normal operation of the thin film transistor being affected, thereby weakening the influence of lights on the normal operation of thin film transistor.

The scheduling method provided in the present invention includes: receiving, by a first device, semi-persistent scheduling SPS configuration information from a second device; receiving, by the first device, SPS activation information from the second device, where the SPS activation information is used to indicate an activated SPS resource; and sending, by the first device, the SPS instruction information to the second device, where the SPS instruction information is used to instruct to use or not to use a scheduling resource of the activated SPS resource. Embodiments of the present invention are applied to V2X communication.

In addition, by relocating the robotic arm and secondary correction of the osteotomy plane, additional bone nails which is to fix the navigation tool to the bone can be avoided.

    Abstract: A verification method of an osteotomy guide tool, a verification system and a detection element are disclosed. The verification method includes obtaining a pose parameter of a feature portion of an osteotomy guide tool in a coordinate system of a trackable element; then comparing the obtained pose parameter of the feature portion of the osteotomy guide tool with a corresponding standard value to obtain an offset between the pose parameter of the feature portion of the osteotomy guide tool and the standard value; if the offset is greater than an expected value, the osteotomy guide tool is determined as deformed. With this configuration, the osteotomy guide tool can be verified to avoid deformation of the osteotomy guide tool during repeated use or transportation, affecting its positioning accuracy and affecting the operation.
