  • Patent number: 11302806
Abstract: The present invention discloses a double-gate trench-type insulated-gate bipolar transistor device. A first trench and a second trench, which are located in a P-type doped well layer, and separate from each other, are extended into a lightly-doped N-type drift layer. A heavily-doped P-type source region and a heavily-doped N-type source region, which are sequentially connected, are located between the first trench and the second trench, and are arranged at an upper part of the P-type doped well layer in a horizontal direction. The heavily-doped P-type source region is located at a periphery of the second trench, a middle part and the upper part of the P-type doped well layer are provided with an N-type doped well layer and a P-type doped base region layer, respectively. The heavily-doped P-type source region and the heavily-doped N-type source region are both located at an upper part of the P-type doped base region layer.

  • Patent number: 8198882
Abstract: A power converting device converts a DC voltage input from an external power source into an AC voltage output across an output capacitor of an output circuit, and includes a coupling circuit having series first and second windings. A rectifying diode has a grounded anode coupled to an anode of a clamp diode, and a cathode coupled to the second winding. A cathode of the clamp diode is coupled to a clamp switch and the first winding. A full-bridge circuit includes a first series connection of first and second switches, and a second series connection of third and fourth switches. The first and second series connections are coupled in parallel between the first winding and ground. The output capacitor is coupled between a first common node between the first and second switches, and a second common node between the third and fourth switches.

  • Publication number: 20060060547
Abstract: The present invention relates to a carton structure which can be used for storing and displaying goods, and a plurality of such carton structures can be assembled firmly to each-other. In the inner space of the carton is provided a slant board assembly which slants gradually from inside of the carton towards the mouth of the carton, a plurality of jointing members are provided on the upper and the bottom surfaces of the carton and are used to enable the plural cartons to be piled up stably one upon another. The slant board assembly can enable the objects to be displayed to slide automatically to the mouth of the carton, so that the carton structure also can be for displaying the goods.

  • Patent number: 6386943
Abstract: A puppet mechanism for moving two legs of a puppet includes an output shaft rotatably extending from a gear box and engaged with a gear reduction device in the gear box. Two disks are respectively connected two ends of the output shaft and each disk has an eccentric protrusion extending therefrom. Two swing members are pivotally connected to two sides of the gear box and each swing member has a slot in which the eccentric protrusion is movably engaged. The swing members are inserted in the two legs of the puppet and are swung when the disks rotate.
