    Abstract: A piezoelectric film bulk acoustic resonator includes a substrate, a bottom electrode located on one side of the substrate, a piezoelectric layer covering one side of the bottom electrode away from the substrate, a top electrode located on one side of the piezoelectric layer away from the bottom electrode, an etching insertion layer located on one side of the top electrode away from the piezoelectric layer, and a protruding frame located on one side of the etching insertion layer away from the top electrode. At least one of the etching insertion layer and the protruding frame is provided with an extending portion. By setting the extending portion, a first extreme point, a second extreme point and a third extreme point of the quality factor of the piezoelectric film bulk acoustic resonator are obviously larger than those of the related art.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a FBAR, which includes a substrate, an acoustic reflector, a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer, a second electrode, and an etch-stop layer. The acoustic reflector is arranged on the substrate, the first electrode is arranged on a side of the substrate and covers the acoustic reflector, and at least a part of the piezoelectric layer is arranged on a side of the first electrode away from the substrate. The second electrode is arranged on a side of the piezoelectric layer away from the first electrode, and the etch-stop layer is arranged on a side of the second electrode away from the piezoelectric layer. The FBAR further includes at least two stacked components. At least an edge of each of the at least two stacked components is misaligned. The quality factor of the FBAR in the present invention is relatively high.

    Abstract: A membrane electrode with ultra-low oxygen mass transfer resistance includes an anode catalyst layer, a proton exchange membrane (PEM), and a cathode catalyst layer. A catalyst in the cathode catalyst layer is negatively charged, and the cathode catalyst layer is further doped with a negatively charged carbon carrier. A carbon carrier of the cathode catalyst layer in the membrane electrode is negatively charged, thereby optimizing the distribution of ionomers to achieve the purpose of reducing an oxygen mass transfer resistance in the cathode catalyst layer. In addition, an appropriate amount of the negatively charged carbon carrier is doped to increase a local oxygen concentration near active sites. In conclusion, the two methods of modifying with a negative charge and doping a negatively charged carbon carrier are used to optimize the local mass transfer resistance in an electrode and thus improve the cell performance.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with detecting unfairness in machine learning outcomes are described. In one embodiment, a method includes generating outcomes for transactions with a machine learning tool to be tested for bias. Then, actual values for a test subset of the outcomes that is associated with a test value for a demographic classification are compared with estimated values for the test subset of outcomes. The estimated values are generated by a machine learning model that is trained with a reference subset of the outcomes that are associated with a reference value for the demographic classification. The method then detects whether the machine learning tool is biased or unbiased based on dissimilarity between the actual values and the estimated values for the test subset of the outcomes. The method then generates an electronic alert that the ML tool is biased or unbiased.

By means of the present application, a first correction factor is determined to correct the sensitivity of a system, so as to determine a real-time neutron dose of a patient, so as to prevent a measurement error caused by a sensitivity reduction or a position change in the dose monitoring system, thereby improving the accuracy of a measurement result.

In an example method, observations are received from the stream of observations. The observations are loaded in real time into a circular buffer. The circular buffer includes a first buffer and a second buffer that are configured together in a circular configuration. Estimates of what the observations are expected to be are generated by a machine learning model from the observations that are in the circular buffer. The generation of estimates alternates between generating the estimates from observations in the first buffer in parallel with loading the second buffer, and generating the estimates from observations in the second buffer in parallel with loading the first buffer. The estimates are written to the stream of estimates in real time upon generation.
