The pixel unit includes an image pixel array including a plurality of image pixel columns, respectively; a first reference pixel array including a plurality of first reference pixel columns; and a bias circuit, coupled to the image pixel columns for generating a plurality of column sensing signals, coupled to the first reference pixel columns for generating a plurality of first reference signals, and further for generating a first average reference voltage signal according to the plurality of first reference signals. The pixel readout circuit generates a plurality of reset values and a plurality of sampling values according to the column sensing signals and the first average reference voltage signal, wherein the plurality of reference pixel rows is less than the plurality of image pixel rows.

    Abstract: A feeding device includes a fixing base. A motor is fixed to the fixing base. The motor has an output axle. A transmission axle is fixedly connected to the output axle. The feeding device further includes a feeding block having a side fixedly connected to the transmission axle. The feeding block has a feeding notch. The feeding notch is formed around the transmission axle circumferentially. Hence, once a slender material enters the rotational space of the feeding block, the motor drives the feeding block to rotate, whereas the slender material is pressed by the feeding notch of the feeding block and sent out as a result of the continuous rotation of the feeding block. Hence, the feeding device not only enables continuous material conveyance but also allows the slender material to be conveyed smoothly even when the slender material is slightly bent or deformed.

    Abstract: A furnace for shaping glass sheets for aircraft transparencies using the cut-to-size method includes a preheat and cooling furnace defined as a first furnace, and a shaping furnace. A conveyor geared for reciprocating movement moves a bending iron supporting a glass sheet through the first furnace set to a preheat temperature. The glass sheet supported on the bending iron is heated in the shaping furnace by microwave beams from a gyrotron to heat portions of the glass sheet to be shaped to a complex shape. After the sheet is shaped, the conveyor moves the bending iron supporting the shaped glass sheet from the shaping furnace through the first furnace set to a cooling cycle.

    Abstract: A hybrid organic solar cell (HOSC) with perovskite structure as absorption material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The HOSC includes a conductive substrate, a hole transport layer, an active layer, a hole blocking layer and a negative electrode. The active layer has a light absorption layer (LAL) and an electron acceptor layer (EAL). The LAL is made of perovskite material represented by the following equation: CnH2n+1NH3XY3, n is positive integer form 1 to 9; X is Pb, Sn or Ge; and Y is at least one of I, Br or Cl. The EAL is made of at least one type of fullerene or derivatives thereof. A planar heterojunction (PHJ) is formed between the LAL and the EAL. The LAL has simple structure and fabricating process with relatively low cost, so that it is advantageous to carry out the mass production of HOSCs of flexible solid-state form.
