    Abstract: A wheel device is applied to a mouse and includes a supporter, a wheel module, a lighting unit and a sheltering component. The wheel module includes a wheel axle, an encoder and a wheel component. The wheel axle includes an axle body, a wheel surface and a wheel frame. The axle body is rotatably disposed on the supporter and on center of the wheel frame. The wheel surface is located on an outer surface of the wheel frame. The encoder is connected to the axle body to detect rotation parameters of the wheel axle. The wheel component covers the wheel surface. The lighting unit is disposed on the supporter and inside the wheel frame, and emits an illumination beam to the wheel module. The sheltering component is disposed on the supporter and covers the lighting unit to prevent the illumination beam from leakage through two sides of the wheel component.

In this method, chlorine and an acetylbutyrolactone-containing liquid are simultaneously transported to a first micro-channel reactor for continuous chlorination to obtain ?-acetyl-?-chloro-?-butyrolactone. The reaction mixture is simultaneously transported to a micro-mixer and a second micro-channel reactor together with a mixed solution of glacial acetic acid, hydrochloric acid and water, and the continuous acylation is carried out to obtain 3-chloro-4-oxopentyl acetate. After quenched with a quenching agent, the reaction mixture was subjected to extraction and separation to obtain the 3-chloro-4-oxopentyl acetate.

Device information is collected from the IoT devices. Based on the device information, multiple recommendation engines are selected from a set of recommendation engines. Compression factor combinations are determined by using the multiple recommendation engines. Compression ratios and model accuracies for the compression factor combinations are determined. Based on the compression ratios and the model accuracies, an optimal compression factor combination is selected from the compression factor combinations. A compressed deep learning model is generated by compressing the original deep learning model by using the optimal compression factor. The compressed deep learning model is deployed to the IoT devices.
