The mold design resolves a difficult problem that a fabrication hole exists during forming of a hollow body with a built-in component by using an existing conventional process The hollow body forming method has the advantages of a short forming period, the high production efficiency, good combination between a built-in component and an inner wall of an fuel tank, and the high location stability.

Then the thermistor ceramics with high temperature resistance and controllable B value are sintered at high temperature after mould forming, then the thermistor disks are coated by platinum paste, and then the platinum wire is welded as the lead wire to form thermistor element. The thermistor of the invention can realize temperature measurement from room temperature to 1000° C. and has good negative temperature coefficient thermistor characteristics. The thermistor coefficient B can be adjusted by changing the two-phase ratio to meet the requirements of different systems.

    Abstract: Despite its power in identifying highly potent ligands for select protein targets, conventional medicinal chemistry is limited by its low throughput and lack of proteomic selectivity information. We seek to develop a chemoproteomic approach for discovering covalent ligands for protein targets in an unbiased, high-throughput manner. Tripartite probe compounds composed of a heterocyclic core, an electrophilic ‘warhead’ and an alkyne tag have been designed and synthesized for covalently labeling and identifying targets in cells. We have developed a novel condensation reaction to prepare 2-chloromethylquinoline (2-CMQ), a novel electrophilic heterocycle. These chloromethylquinolines potently and covalently bind to a number of cellular protein targets including Prostaglandin E Synthase 2 (PTGES2), a critical regulator of cell proliferation, apoptosis, angiogenesis, inflammation, and immune surveillance.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a high-speed, closed-loop fabric printer comprises a plurality of consecutive stations that can be managed by a single operator. In particular, shirts or other fabric garments may be individually loaded and secured on a pallet by an operator, and the loaded pallets may then cycle through a plurality of unmanned stations positioned along a contiguous path (e.g., oval). The stations may be configured for pretreating the fabric surface, drying and pressing the pretreated fabric with heat, and then inkjet printing a selected image, among others. In this manner, a “wet-to-dry-to-wet” direct to garment (DTG) printing process may thus be achieved, along with optimal controls for maximum adaptability. Furthermore, due to the closed-loop design, a recently printed fabric product returns to the operator to be unloaded at the position in which a new unprinted fabric is loaded, allowing for increased throughput and minimal operator requirements.
