    Abstract: A representative method for manufacturing fin field-effect transistors (FinFETs) includes steps of forming a plurality of fin structures over a substrate, and forming a plurality of isolation structures interposed between adjacent pairs of fin structures. Upper portions of the fin and isolation structures are etched. Epitaxial structures are formed over respective fin structures, with each of the epitaxial structures adjoining adjacent epitaxial structures. A dielectric layer is deposited over the plurality of epitaxial structures with void regions formed in the dielectric layer. The void regions are interposed between adjacent pairs of fin structures.

The dielectric spacer surrounds the upper portion of the first conductive structure. The first conductive structure is formed by two steps for forming the dielectric spacer surrounding the upper portion and improving the electrical performance of the semiconductor device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an operation method of a smart speaker. The method includes steps as follows. The linked settings among voiceprint registration data, user information and a cast setting of a user device are preloaded by the smart speaker. Wake-up words are received to set an operation mode of the smart speaker and to generate a voiceprint recognition result. In the operation mode, after receiving voice, the voice is converted into voice text and the voiceprint recognition result is compared to voiceprint registration data. When the voiceprint recognition result matches the voiceprint registration data, the user information and the voice text are transmitted to a cloud server, so that the cloud server returns the response message to the smart speaker. According to the cast setting, the response message is sent to the user device.

The data page is stored in a DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) and cache information is updated to indicate that the data page has not been programmed into the storage unit, and to also indicate the location of the DRAM caching the data page when the block of data to be programmed has not been collected.

The gas shield can reduce contamination resulting from the ionized particles by conveying the ionized particles to a droplet catcher. Components of the EUV source may be biased with a voltage to repel or attract ionized particles to reduce contamination from the ionized particles.

The harmonic frequency measuring module measures a resonance frequency of the power-supply coil according to a capacitive and inductive parameter related to the power-supply coil. The voltage measuring module tracks and locks a maximum of an oscillation voltage of the auxiliary coil. When the processing module determines that the resonance frequency is stable and the oscillation voltage decreases more than a predetermined ratio of the oscillation voltage, the processing module keeps the power supply driving module under a non-working status.
