Abstract: Embodiments of mechanisms for measuring the distance between a robot blade and at least one measurement target are provided. A method for measuring the distance includes emitting a signal to the measurement target by a signal source assembly. The method also includes receiving the signal reflected from the measurement target by a signal reception assembly. The method further includes determining the distance between the robot blade and the measurement target. The distance is determined based on the time difference between the emission of the signal from the signal source assembly and the receipt of the signal by the signal reception assembly.

Abstract: In a block-erasable nonvolatile memory array, blocks are categorized as bad blocks, prime blocks, and sub-prime blocks. Sub-prime blocks are identified from their proximity to bad blocks or from testing. Sub-prime blocks are configured for limited operation (e.g. only storing non-critical data, or data copied elsewhere, or using some additional or enhanced redundancy scheme).

The semiconductor device also includes an isolation structure in the semiconductor substrate and surrounding an active region of the semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor device includes a gate over the semiconductor substrate. The gate has an intermediate portion over the active region and two end portions connected to the intermediate portion. Each of the end portions has a first gate length longer than a second gate length of the intermediate portion and is located over the isolation structure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to mobile terminals. Disclosed are a method and system of searching note items. In the present invention, the method includes the following steps: when marking a note item, detecting a gesture input from a touchscreen or choosing a gesture which has been input, and saving the gesture and the corresponding relation between the gesture and the note item into a memory; when a note item needs to be searched, detecting a gesture input from the touchscreen, and according to the input gesture, searching a matching gesture from the gestures saved in said memory, if the matching gesture is found, then displaying each note item corresponding to the matching gesture according to said corresponding relation. In the present invention, a custom gesture is created as a marker for a note item and the matching note item is displayed according to the input gesture when searching the note item, so that each relative note item can be found quickly.

Abstract: An automatic drainage device with a level controller is provided with a tank, a level detection member 3, an isolation layer, and a control unit. The tank has a water storage space. The level detection member is fixed to the tank and includes a fixing portion to be fixed to the tank, and a detection portion connected to the fixing portion and disposed in the water storage space. The detection portion includes a first detection section connected to the fixing portion, and a second detection section connected to the first detection section. The isolation layer is coated on the first detection section of the detection member. The control unit is electrically connected to the level detection member. The automatic drainage device is capable of reducing the possibility of wrong determination of water level.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides A gate insulating layer comprising: a first silicon nitride film having a first thickness and a first content of N—H bonds; a second silicon nitride film having a second thickness and a second content of N—H bonds, disposed on the first silicon nitride film; and a third silicon nitride film having a third thickness and a third content of N—H bonds, disposed on the second silicon nitride film; wherein both the first thickness and the third thickness are less than the second thickness, both the N—H bonds in the first content and the third content are less than that in the second N—H bonds content, and a difference of the N—H bonds between the third content and the first content is no less than 5%. The present disclosure also provides a method for forming the above gate insulating layer.

The input of the phase sequence detection module is connected to the three-phase power supply, and the output is connected to the automatic phase correction and phase lack protection logic module, to provide phase sequence detection and a phase sequence signal to the automatic phase correction and phase lack protection logic module. The input of the phase lack detection module is connected to the three-phase power supply, and the output is connected to the automatic phase correction and phase lack protection logic module, to detect a lack of phase and provide the lacking phase signal to the automatic phase correction and phase lack protection logic module.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for frequency locking are provided. The apparatus includes a phase-locked loop (PLL), a local clock generator, a data buffer unit and a control unit. The PLL locks the phase and the frequency of a radio frequency signal to generate a recovery clock signal and received data. The data buffer unit writes the received data into an elastic buffer of the data buffer unit according to the frequency of the recovery clock signal, and reads the received data from the elastic buffer according to the frequency of a local clock signal generated by the local clock generator. The control unit obtains a write-in address and a read-out address in the elastic buffer, and sends a control signal to the local clock generator for adjusting the frequency of the local clock signal according to relationship between the write-in address and the read-out address.

Abstract: The invention is relative to a junction box auxiliary securing structure comprises an auxiliary securing plate mounted in the junction box, and a switch base mounted securely on the auxiliary securing plate. The auxiliary securing plate, from outside to inside, oppositely defines long slots, short slots, and a central hole formed at a center thereof. The four corners of the central hole have securing tongues slantly extending therefrom and toward a center of the auxiliary securing plate. Two sides of the switch base have outer fixing holes and inner fixing holes, respectively. The outer fixing holes are corresponding to the long slots of the auxiliary securing plate, the inner fixing holes are corresponding to the short slots of the auxiliary securing plate. With such, the drawback of being incapable of mounting the switch base due to rustiness of the junction box is therefore avoided.

Abstract: A penetration-type ratchet wrench includes a wrench body having a ratchet wheel assembled in the interior. The ratchet wheel is formed with a polygonal sleeve joint hole for a sleeve to be fitted therein and has one end protrusively formed with a first neck. When the first neck has its outer circumferential side cut into a ring groove through lathe processing, the corners in the sleeve joint hole will respectively and transversely formed into a curved elastic plate. The method includes the following steps: (a) forming a polymer conductive layer on a substrate, wherein the polymer conductive layer is consisting of a first area and a second area. The first area is corresponding to a conductive area to be formed; and (b) passivating the second area by using the passivation composition to reduce the conductivity of the second area and form the conductive pattern on the substrate.
