When the sliding base moves along a detaching direction from the fastening position, a turning portion of the swinging arm can be turned by pressing against an actuating rod, and a pressing portion of the swinging arm is driven by the turning portion to push the fastening rod upward for unfastening the sliding frame.

    Abstract: A high throughput system for warming a wafer to a desired temperature after undergoing a low-temperature implantation process includes an implantation chamber, a wafer warming chamber configured to uniformly warm a single wafer, and a plurality of robotic arms to transfer wafers throughout the system. At each stage in the fabrication process, the robotic arms simultaneously work with multiple wafers and, therefore, the system provides a high throughput process. Also, the warming chamber may be a vacuum environment, thus eliminating the mist-condensation problem that results in wafer spotting.

    Abstract: One embodiment relates to a method to achieve enhanced overlay control while maintaining manufacturing throughput for a fabrication process. Locations of a plurality of alignment structures on a wafer comprising a plurality of reticle fields are determined with a layout tool to define a layout-based wafer map. The topography of the wafer is then measured as a function of wafer position by a surface measuring tool. The layout-based wafer map is then projected onto the measured wafer topography to define a modeled wafer map. A subset of alignment structure locations are measured with an alignment tool in an in-line fabrication flow so as not to delay subsequent fabrication steps. Disagreement between the measured alignment structure locations and modeled alignment structure locations is then minimized mathematically to enhance overlay control while maintaining manufacturing throughput.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for Lempel-Ziv data compression with shortened hash chains based on repetitive multi-byte runs. Data is compressed by processing a sequence of data to identify a repetitive pattern, such as a multi-byte run; and providing indicators associated with the sequence of data of a start position and an end position of the repetitive pattern. The indicators of the start and end positions of the repetitive pattern may comprise, for example, flags associated with the positions. The indicators of the start and end positions of the repetitive pattern are processed to determine a sequence length of the repetitive pattern. In addition, a match can be identified in the sequence of data having a length that is greater than or equal to an offset of s bytes to identify a run comprised of an s-byte sequence.
