  • Patent number: 10562247
Abstract: A method for manufacturing waterproof zipper is completed in following steps. Firstly, a release paper is provided, a release side of which is provided with the shape, such as glossy surface, matte surface, figures, patterns, trademarks and characters, required by client. Afterwards, a liquid hot melt glue is applied to the release side, and a heating procedure is performed on the liquid hot melt glue. Subsequently, a zipper is provided, and a hot rolling procedure is performed on the zipper, release paper and liquid hot melt glue, one side of a zipper tape without zipper teeth being bound to the liquid hot melt glue and release paper by hot rolling, the liquid hot melt glue being formed as a waterproof layer. Finally, the release paper is peeled off, so as to form the shape on a surface of waterproof layer contacted with the release side, and complete the waterproof zipper.

  • Publication number: 20110274290
Abstract: A driver device for suppression audible transients of an audio amplifier includes an amplifier for receiving an audio signal and a bias circuit configured to quickly generate a voltage level for biasing the amplifier, wherein the voltage level is maintained even if the driver device is powered off. The bias circuit may include a CMOS inverter having a negative feedback that has a standby current of less than 100 nA. The bias circuit further includes a buffer for rapidly charging an external capacitor. The buffer may change to a high impedance state rapidly when the power supply is disconnected.

  • Publication number: 20060270297
Abstract: A reflective woven band includes a woven band body which has one or more reflective portions. The reflective portion includes a reflective strip woven on the body in an integrated manner. The reflective portion thus formed is wash-resistant and less likely to wear off or break away. It also can generate a three-dimensional visual effect to provide improved light reflection and enhance decorative and safety alert functions.

  • Publication number: 20060059675
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing zippers, particularly a plurality of metal zipper teeth being sewed onto a zipper tape easily, and the zipper is comprised of a plurality of metal zipper teeth with clipping holes at their internal sides, each zipper teeth being clipped to a fastening string and colored (by paint roasting or electroplating) to a different color and then sewed onto the zipper tape. By the foregoing method, the present invention can solve the technical problems regarding the incorrect sewing direction of the zipper and poor pulling force as to extend the service life of the zipper.

  • Publication number: 20040070111
Abstract: A zipper and method of making zipper composition include zipper materials that consist of about 90% of starch (by weight), 8-12% of natural polymer (by weight) and about 10% of organic polymer (by weight). The zipper materials are heated and blended, and formed zipper teeth and a linking zipper tape by an integrated injection molding process to encase a layer of paper fibers therein. The zipper thus made may be reclaimed and recycled, and can enhance environmental protection and conservation.
