Abstract: A method for manufacturing a printed circuit board is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: providing a base board, wherein the base board comprises a first surface layer; performing a first patterning process to the base board to form a bottom circuit on the first surface layer; forming a metal protection layer on the bottom circuit; performing a second patterning process to the metal protection layer to form a patterned metal protection layer; performing a build-up process to the base board to form a first built-up layer on the bottom circuit and the patterned metal protection layer; performing a third patterning process to the first built-up layer to form a first built-up layer circuit; performing a laser manufacturing process to the first built-up layer to form a cavity structure; and clearing the patterned metal protection layer.

Abstract: A circuit board having a removing area is provided. The circuit board includes a first dielectric layer, a first laser resistant structure disposed on the first dielectric layer and located at the periphery of the removing area, a second dielectric layer disposed on the first dielectric layer, a circuit layer disposed on the second dielectric layer, a second laser resistant structure disposed on the second dielectric layer and located at the periphery of the removing area, and a third dielectric layer disposed on the second dielectric layer. The second laser resistant structure is insulated from the circuit layer. There is a gap between the second laser resistant structure and the circuit layer, and the vertical projection of the gap on a first surface overlaps the first laser resistant structure. The third dielectric layer exposes the portion of the circuit layer within the removing area.

Abstract: Disclosed is a rotatable foot-wheel used for a luggage trunk, that is provided to a user with a simple & convenient mounting and detaching means, such that in detaching a foot-wheel from a luggage trunk, upon securing a lower half portion element, all the user has to do is to move the step-shaped housing of an upper half portion element outward, so that balls on a ball portion are separated from the step-shaped housing, then rotating the foot-wheel to make it separate, thus achieving the purpose of detaching a rotatable foot-wheel, such that a user may replace worn-out elements by himself. When installing a new element or reinstalling a repaired element, similarly, upon securing a lower half portion element, moving step-shaped housing of an upper half portion element outward, so that balls on the ball portion rejoin with the step-shaped housing, hereby achieving the objective of fixing and re-installing foot-wheels.

Abstract: Described herein are semiconductor device packages with EMI shielding and related methods. In one embodiment, a semiconductor device package includes a grounding element disposed adjacent to a periphery of a substrate unit and at least partially extending between an upper surface and a lower surface of the substrate unit. The grounding element includes an indented portion that is disposed adjacent to a lateral surface of the substrate unit. The semiconductor device package also includes an EMI shield that is electrically connected to the grounding element and is inwardly recessed adjacent to the indented portion of the grounding element.

Abstract: A substrate structure and a package structure using the same are provided. The substrate structure includes a number of traces, a substrate core and a number of first metal tiles. The substrate core has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first metal tiles are disposed on one of the first surface and the second surface, the minimum pitch between adjacent two of the first metal tiles is the minimum process pitch.

Abstract: A computer program product being embodied on a computer readable medium for extracting semantic information about a plurality of documents being accessible via a computer network, the computer program product including computer-executable instructions for: generating a plurality of tokens from at least one of the documents, each token being indicative of a displayed item and a corresponding position; and, constructing at least one parse tree indicative of a semantic structure of the at least one document from the tokens dependently upon a grammar being indicative of presentation conventions.

Abstract: A manufacturing method for package structure is provided. The manufacturing method includes the follow steps. Firstly, a substrate is provided. Next, a number of chips are provided. Then, the chips are electrically connected with the substrate. After that, the chips are encapsulated with a sealant, so that the chips and the substrate form a package. Then, the package is adhered by a vacuum force. Afterwards, the adhered package is singulated to form many package structures along the portion between adjacent two of airways.

Abstract: A handle of a two pulling rod suitcase includes a handle body and a pulling rod device disposed at opposite ends of the handle body. The handle body includes a casing pivotably disposed with a hinge member. The hinge member is disposed with a tooth portion at the outside thereof. The hinge member is connected with a spring for return. The casing at least includes first and second connecting members at opposite sides thereof. The first and second connecting members are mated with the tooth portion. Outer ends of the first and second connecting members are respectively disposed with first and second pressing members. The pulling rod device includes two pulling rod units and a transmission member. Each pulling rod member includes at least one pulling rod. The transmission member is pivotably disposed in the pulling rod. The transmission member is connected with the first and second connecting members or the first and second pressing members.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a swivelable trunk wheel assembly, which comprises: a wheel frame, a guide hole, a hollow pivotal shaft, a push rod, a press block, a sleeve pipe, two wheels and two rivets. The sleeve pipe adopts a metallic pipe having a better rigidity, and the inner surface of the sleeve pipe is a smooth surface. Further, the rivets and the sleeve pipe are arranged in the same axis. Thus, the wheels can rotate smoothly without stagnancy. Therefore, the swivelable trunk wheel assembly of the present invention has a better wear resistance and a longer service life. Besides, the present invention uses the push rod to drive the press block to rub the friction portion, and the friction can provide a braking effect on the wheels.

Abstract: The measuring system generates a temperature difference between a heating terminal and a terminal conductive device by setting the temperature of a metal heated block at the heating terminal and the temperature of a heat dissipating water jacket at a heat dissipating terminal, and judges the thermal conductive capability of the thermal conductive device by comparing the cooling speed of the metal heating bock to obtain a relative power value according to the variation of heat quantity of the metal heated block in practical temperature reduction process. The maximum thermal conductive quantity (Qmax value) of the thermal conductive device can be rapidly obtained by parameter conversion with respect to the maximum power value. In the case of confirming the cooling curve (cooling speed) of a standard sample, the object of screening the thermal conductive efficiencies of the thermal conductive devices can be achieved by using the cooling curve.

Abstract: A process and system is provided for removing total heat from a base load LNG liquefaction facility by using a hybrid cooling process. After liquefying a gas such as natural gas with a refrigerant, the refrigerant is transferred to a compression unit. In order to condense the compressed refrigerant, the refrigerant first flows through process coil bundles. As the refrigerant flows through the process coil bundles, water is sprayed, via a spray distribution system and a water reservoir, onto the outer surface of the process coil bundles. Air is passed over the process coil bundles via a fan system to allow heat transfer to take place and to cool and condense the refrigerant.

Abstract: A system has a processor coupled to access a document database that indexes keywords and instances of entities having entity types in a plurality of documents. The processor is programmed to receive an input query including one or more keywords and one or more entity types, and search the database for documents having the keywords and entities with the entity types of the input query. The processor is programmed for aggregating a respective score for each of a plurality of entity tuples across the plurality of documents. The aggregated scores are normalized. Each respective normalized score provides a ranking of a respective entity tuple, relative to other entity tuples, as an answer to the input query. The processor has an interface to a storage or display device or network for outputting a list including a subset of the entity tuples having the highest normalized scores among the plurality of entity tuples.
