The at least one activation member is coupled to the at least one air buoyance element. The at least one deceleration device is coupled to the at least one activation member. When the object falls down, air buoyance acts on the at least one air buoyance element to drive the at least one activation member to activate the at least one deceleration device. As such, through air buoyance activating the at least one deceleration device, an effect of reducing the falling speed of the object can be achieved.
