  • Publication number: 20240240323
Abstract: A reactor system configured to use valve pulsing to control precursor pressure as part of substrate or other processing. A controller in the reactor system runs a pressure control module to process pressure signals from a pressure sensor sensing pressure within an accumulator disposed between a reaction chamber and a precursor source vessel. Based on a pressure set point for the accumulator and the sensed pressure feedback, the controller generates valve control or valve pulsing signals to operate one or more fill valves used to control fill of the accumulator with gas (e.g., precursor) from the precursor source vessel. The fill valves may be high-speed diaphragm valves configured for operation in high temperature applications to be fully opened or fully closed, and the control signals cause the valves to rapidly pulse open and closed to adjust the pressure within the accumulator.

  • Publication number: 20240216781
Abstract: An automatic real-time basketball box score recording and analysis system with videos captured from arbitrary angles is applied to a basketball game. A shot analyzing step is performed to analyze the videos to determine whether one of the videos is a real shot event to generate a shot analysis result. A data calculating step is performed to analyze the videos to determine that the real shot event is a three-point shot, a two-point shot or a free throw to generate a scoring result, and then calculate a game data according to the shot analysis result and the scoring result. A player analyzing step is performed to analyze the videos to obtain a posture analysis data of a shooter. The posture analysis data is configured to evaluate a performance of the shooter when shooting. An interface device is configured to modify and display the game data.

  • Publication number: 20240198366
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for measuring a flow conductance of a showerhead assembly are described. For example, a showerhead assembly may be seated in a housing. A gas source may be coupled to an intake port of the showerhead assembly and supply gas to the showerhead assembly via the intake port. A pressure controller may be coupled between the gas source and the showerhead assembly. The pressure controller may measure a flow throughput of the gas that passes through the pressure controller. The pressure controller may maintain the gas being supplied to the showerhead assembly at a first pressure value. A pressure transducer coupled to an exhaust port of the showerhead assembly may measure a second pressure value. A controller may determine a flow conductance of the showerhead assembly based on the flow throughput and the first and second pressure values.

  • Patent number: 9874919
Abstract: In some implementations, power provided to a computing system, such as a rack system, may be interrupted. This interruption is detected, and in response, power from a battery backup system is directed to the computing system to replace the interrupted power source, which in some implementations may be a main AC power grid source. A signal is received indicating that a backup power source, for example a backup generator system, is online and prepared to deliver power to the computing system. For an initial period of time, this backup power source is prevented from providing power to the computing system. For example, the backup generator system may be providing power to a power supply unit of the computing system, but the power is not allowed to flow to the computing system.
