    Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure provide controlled flowback of fluids for stress testing in wireline toolstrings. For example, a downhole toolstring may include a flow control device configured to receive a fluid from a subterranean formation. The flow control device includes a reciprocating pump having an upper drive unit flowline chamber and a drive unit piston. The flow control device also includes a hydraulic valve system configured to control a flow of a fluid into the upper drive unit flowline chamber. The flow control device further includes a control valve/relief valve (CV/RV) combination disposed between the hydraulic valve system and the upper drive unit flowline chamber. The flow control device also includes a mud valve system configured to control a flow of an injection fluid. The downhole toolstring also includes a control system configured to control flowback of the fluid.
