    Abstract: Pixels in an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display may be microcavity OLED pixels having optical cavities. The optical cavities may be defined by a partially transparent cathode layer and a reflective anode structure. The anode of the pixels may include both the reflective anode structure and a supplemental anode that is transparent and that is used to tune the thickness of the optical cavity for each pixel. Organic light-emitting diode layers may be formed over the pixels and may have a uniform thickness in each pixel in the display. Pixels may have a conductive spacer between a transparent anode portion and a reflective anode portion, without an intervening dielectric layer. The conductive spacer may be formed from a material such as titanium nitride that is compatible with both anode portions. The transparent anode portions may have varying thicknesses to control the thickness of the optical cavities of the pixels.

A laser beam is directed at a tunable mask. At least one emergent beam is collected from a plurality of emergent beams emerging from the tunable mask. The at least one emergent beam is collimated to create a collimated beam. Each emergent beam from the tunable mask has a plurality of beamlets of varying or identical intensity, and each beamlet emerges from a unique subsection or region of the tunable mask. The collimated beam is focused into a laser beam which is projected as an image plane onto or within the photopolymer resist material, such that the same optical path length is created between the tunable mask and the focused image plane for all optical frequencies of the focused laser beam.

    Abstract: A dual power supply transfer switch (SSATS) for switching between a first power supply (S1) and a second power supply (S2) to supply power to a load is provided, includes: a solid-state switch (SS); a mechanical switch (CTR); and a compensation power module (AUX). In the case that the S1 fails in supplying power to the load, the AUX uses the S2 to supply power to the load, and the output current of the S1 is reduced. After satisfying the turn off condition for the SS, the SS turns off the S1, the CTR turns off the S1 and turns on the S2. After the S2 is adjusted to synchronize with the phase of the output current of the S1, the SS turns on the S2 and the AUX stops outputting current. The SSATS provides advantages such as fast transfer, zero interruption, and short voltage sag time.

    Abstract: The present application provides a preparation method for a thermally expandable microsphere containing hydrophilic organic-modified colloidal silicon dioxide. In the preparation method, hydrophilic organic-modified colloidal silicon dioxide is mixed with a mixture of a monomer material capable of polymerizing to form a thermoplastic polymer shell and at least one foaming agent to form an emulsion, and the emulsion is polymerized to form the thermally expandable microsphere. Surface-modified colloidal silicon dioxide with hydrophilic organic group in the present application has good salt tolerance stability, can be stabilized in brine and is beneficial to the preparation of the thermally expandable microsphere; and the prepared microsphere has a narrow particle size distribution, can be easily dispersed in water and an organic system, and has good wettability. The application also relates to a thermally expandable microsphere and use thereof.

    Abstract: Various approaches to efficiently allocating and utilizing hardware resources in data centers while maintaining compliance with a service level agreement are described. In various embodiments, an application-level service level objective (SLO) specified for a computational workload is translated into a hardware-level SLO to facilitate direct enforcement by the hardware processor, e.g., using a feedback control loop or model-based mapping of the hardware-level SLO to allocations of microarchitecture resources of the processor. In some embodiments, a computational model of the hardware behavior under resource contention is used to predict the application performance (e.g., as measured in terms of the hardware-level SLO) to be expected under certain contention scenarios. Scheduling of workloads among the compute nodes within the data center may be based on such predictions.

    Abstract: Provides a flexible copper clad laminate, which includes a polyimide substrate; a nickel-copper alloy layer; and a copper layer. The copper layer is formed on a side of the nickel-copper alloy layer away from the polyimide substrate and combined with the nickel-copper alloy layer to form a metal conductive layer. In addition, the aforementioned flexible copper clad laminate has electrochemical corrosion resistance and sufficient peel strength, facilitating the production of flexible printed circuit boards.
