    Abstract: A capacitive biosensor is provided. The capacitive biosensor includes: a transistor, an interconnect structure on the transistor, and a passivation layer on the interconnect structure. The interconnect structure includes a first metal structure on the transistor, a second metal structure on the first metal structure, and a third metal structure on the second metal structure. The third metal structure includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer that are sequentially stacked. The passivation has an opening exposing a portion of the third metal structure. The capacitive biosensor further includes a sensing region on the interconnect structure. The sensing region includes a first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode. The first sensing electrode is formed of the third conductive layer, and the second sensing electrode is disposed on the passivation layer.

The system determines a measurement value of the film layer based on the first measurement detection signal, the contribution value, and the first mixing fraction.

The microcontroller outputs a driving signal to the switching switch and correspondingly adjusts a frequency of the driving signal according to the variable-frequency mode, the constant-frequency mode, or the pulse-skipping mode which is performed.

    Abstract: A preparation method of drug-loaded micelles of an absorbable vascular stent coating for angiostenosis in an infant is provided, including the following steps: S1: dissolving a drug to be encapsulated in an appropriate amount of an emulsifying agent, adding a chitosan-poly(p-dioxohone) amphiphilic block copolymer (chitosan-b-PPDO copolymer), and thoroughly mixing to obtain a drug-copolymer solution; S2: adding the drug-copolymer solution obtained in S1 dropwise to an emulsifying agent aqueous solution prepared in advance, and continuously stirring to obtain a stable drug-loaded micellar solution; and S3: removing the emulsifying agent from the micellar solution obtained in S2 through vacuum evaporation, stirring a resulting concentrate, and centrifuging the concentrate to obtain a supernatant; and filtering the supernatant to obtain a filtrate, and subjecting the filtrate to dialysis to obtain the drug-loaded micelles.

    Abstract: A pneumatic arrow gun has a gun body, an arrow, a positioning sleeve, and a connecting wire. The arrow is for inserting into an air tube of the gun body. The positioning sleeve is temporarily mounted around the air tube, and the arrow is disposed through the positioning sleeve. The connecting wire connects the gun body to the positioning sleeve. Because the positioning sleeve is temporarily mounted around the air tube, the arrow slides forward relative to the positioning sleeve after triggering. When triggering the arrow, the connecting wire naturally dangles. When the arrow detaches from the air tube, the positioning sleeve located at a nock of the arrow due to the sliding of the arrow. Therefore, a rebound of the arrowhead is prevented. The safety and the shooting stability are ensured. Further, the arrow is easily retrieved by the connecting wire.
