Techniques allowing a decoder to decode more computationally-efficiently a specific backward compatible target frame rate and shutter angle among those allowed are also presented.

In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) that activates periodic channel state information (CSI) reporting via uplink shared channel transmissions (e.g., via physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions). The UE may then identify a trigger condition that triggers a transmission of both a first instance of a CSI report and a second instance of the CSI report within a period of the periodic CSI reporting. Based on the satisfaction of the trigger condition, the UE may transmit the first instance of the CSI report via a first uplink shared channel transmission and the second instance of the CSI report via a second uplink shared channel transmission, where both uplink channel transmissions are within the period of the periodic CSI reporting.

The UE may select an RO in the first RO partition or the second RO partition based at least in part on a metric that relates to an uplink transmission capability of the UE.     Abstract: A system and method for preparing epoxy chloropropane is provided in that by coupling three stages of high gravity reactors, the product epoxy chloropropane and water vapor are distilled from a reaction system in form of an azeotrope by adopting a water vapor steam stripping method. Further, by combining the azeotrope with the multiples stages of high gravity reactors, the gas phase mass transfer and the liquid phase mass transfer of the azeotrope are improved aiming at the features of the azeotrope in the reaction system, thus making the overall conversion rate higher. In addition, by combining steam stripping and high gravity, dichloropropanol and alkali solution are rapidly mixed for mass transfer, and the product epoxy chloropropane is rapidly distilled from the reaction system in the form of the azeotrope, such that the reaction proceeds continuously towards the direction of producing epoxy chloropropane, thus significantly improving the conversion rate.

Embedding the transfer gate in the substrate reduces surface crowding and allows a scale reduction. The wrapping of the transfer gate electrode around the area of the floating diffusion region increases the area of the transfer gate channel while limiting the area that is occupied by the transfer gate.

A second polymer that is immiscible with the first polymer is applied over a surface of the first polymer (e.g., spray-dry deposition of the second polymer) to form a micro-pattern or a polymeric template. The incompatibility/immiscibility between the first polymer and the second polymer leads to segregation of the second polymer into a pattern of discontinuous bumps, dots, islands or blobs on top of the first polymer. The porous electrode comprises at least one layer of an electrically conductive metal that is deposited over the first and second polymers.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a passive outlier-tolerant and active outlier-tolerant learning method with abnormal samples and a system thereof. The method includes the following steps: (1) judging the distribution of abnormal samples in a train set, and calling a corresponding outlier-tolerant algorithm based on the distribution to carry out feature learning on the sample feature quantity in the train set to obtain an outlier-tolerant learning result; (2) training an initial learning model by using the outlier-tolerant learning result to obtain an intermediate learning model; (3) processing the test set by a preset outlier-correction algorithm to obtain an outlier-corrected test set; (4) testing the intermediate learning model using the outlier-corrected test set to obtain a final learning model.
