Abstract: This invention pertains to the field of plant extraction and separation technology and provides a polysaccharide compound, GLP-4, with a defined molecular structure, effective in treating emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis, and exhibiting antitumor effects. The molecular formula is: (C162H270O135)n. The polysaccharide compound is obtained by extracting from a residue of Ganoderma lucidum processed with alkaline solution under high temperature and high pressure, followed by column chromatographic separation. The polysaccharide compound features excellent water solubility and is readily absorbed by the human body. The polysaccharide compound shows superior efficacy in treating emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis compared to pirfenidone and is also effective for patients with advanced cancer (those who are no longer surgical candidates, with a life expectancy of only three to six months, and still eligible for chemotherapy).

Abstract: The present invention provides a preparation method of pharmaceutical composition for treating chronic stroke, involving injection via brain into the cranium of a patient having chronic stroke for six months or more; the pharmaceutical composition is a suspension at least comprising adipose-derived stem cells treated by cell expansion, an active synergistic component and a growth factor, wherein the expression level of CD34 and CD45 of the adipose-derived stem cells treated by cell expansion is 10% or less, and the expression level of CD90 and CD105 is 90% or more; the active synergistic component is an extracellular vesicle; the growth factor is at least one selected from the group consisting of HGF, G-CSF, Fractalkine, IP-10, EGF, IL-1?, IL-1?, IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, IFN?, TGF? and sCD40L. The present invention overcomes the limitations of previous cell therapy and provides a cell-based preparation that is clinically safe and therapeutically effective for chronic cerebral stroke.

Abstract: A method and system for predicting regional gas consumption, and a device and a cloud platform. The future gas consumption of all gas users in an entire region is predicted according to a user-specified region and date; all networked gas users in the region are extracted during a prediction process by using spatial address matching technology; and then, by means of classifying the users and sampling the users in combination with statistics, representative sample users are extracted from all the users for respective prediction, thereby reducing the computation amount and computing resource consumption, which are required for model prediction. The method and system is mounted on a cloud platform, and the cloud platform receives, by means of Internet of Things technology, gas flow data that is uploaded by gas flow metering devices of all networked gas users, and also provides an interface for interacting with the users for the outside.

The server includes: a first analysis module for generating a first determination data according to the first medical image data; a second analysis module for generating a second determination data according to the first medical image data; and an ensemble module communicatively connected with the first and second analysis modules and generating a third determination data according to the first and second determination data. The first and second determination data each indicate whether the target medical image includes a cancerous tissue image or indicate a chance of the target medical image including a cancerous tissue image. The third determination data indicates whether the target medical image includes a cancerous tissue image.

Abstract: This application discloses a CIS pixel readout circuit structure. An SG and an SF adopt different transverse thicknesses of spacers. The spacer of the SG adopts a smaller transverse thickness to reduce the parasitic resistance. The spacer of the SF adopts a larger transverse thickness to reduce the GIDL current. In the CIS pixel readout circuit structure according to this application, drain metal plugs are formed on outer sides of both left and right ends of an SF gate structure. The SF and the SG form a T-shaped combined compact structure to achieve equivalent parallel connection of two SF, thus effectively reducing the parasitic resistance of the share active area between the SG and the SF, and simultaneously saving the space area. This application further discloses a method for fabricating a CIS pixel readout circuit structure.

Abstract: Techniques and systems include predicting various health conditions using a photoplethysmography (PPG) signal or a video signal based on images of a patient's fingertip or other body portion captured using a mobile device. The video signal may be transformed into a pseudo PPG signal to measure blood volume changes in the patient's blood flow to derive data indicating a disease state or health-related characteristic, such as blood oxygen level, blood glucose level, heart rate variability, hemoglobin, respiration rate, or arrhythmia. Techniques involve real-time environment assessment and problematic issue detection, training an artificial intelligence (AI) model to measure signal quality so as to select high-quality signals from a range of signals, and domain adaption and transfer learning to make use of publicly available datasets.

Abstract: 5?-monophosphate nucleotide and a mixture thereof are used in preparation of a drug or food for improving a mitochondrial function. 5?-Monophosphate nucleotide is a mixture of a 5?-adenosine monophosphate and 5?-disodium uridine which are produced by means of enzymatic degradation of a ribonucleic acid as a raw material and has a purity of 99% or more. The 5? nucleotide mixture contains: 23-78% of CMP, 6-44% of AMP, 7-40% of UMP, 7-51% of GMP, and IMP being 0, or greater than 0 and not higher than 2.5%. It has been found 5?-monophosphate nucleotide and the mixture thereof can improve the mitochondrial function of H2O2-induced senescence fibroblasts.

The feeding part includes three conveying units inclined and disposed within an installation unit, and ends of the three conveying units are respectively aligned with the wood board unit, wood strip unit and wood block unit. The processing part includes a compaction unit, a moving unit, a discharging unit, a gauze unit, and a glue brushing unit sequentially disposed on a bracket unit. Wood materials are classified into three types and the three-layer conveying mechanism effectively controls an addition order of the wood material, significantly improving an utilization rate of the wood materials and ensuring a uniform density distribution of the compacted wood materials.

In the method for determining the age of the single-particle titanite by (uranium-thorium)/helium dating, contents of uranium, thorium, and helium are obtained by measuring a same sample, which are then substituted into a (uranium-thorium)/helium age equation to directly obtain an age value.
