    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a plurality of semiconductor layers on a semiconductor substrate, and forming a plurality of gate structures spaced apart from each other on the semiconductor layers. The semiconductor layers are patterned into a plurality of patterned stacks spaced apart from each other, wherein the plurality of patterned stacks are under the plurality of gate structures. The method also includes forming a plurality of sacrificial spacers on lateral sides of the plurality of gate structures, and growing a plurality of source/drain regions. The source/drain regions are adjacent the patterned stacks and include a plurality of pillar portions formed on lateral sides of the sacrificial spacers. The sacrificial spacers and the plurality of pillar portions are removed.

The basic plastic is not a blend of a low-density polyethylene polymer and an ethyl vinyl acetate copolymer, a blend of a polypropylene polymer and an ethyl vinyl acetate copolymer, a blend of polyolefin elastomer polymers and a polyvinyl chloride polymer. A method for manufacturing such a germ-repellent plastic and a germ-repellent plastic item are also described.

The method includes forming first conductive lines within a first dielectric material, recessing one conductive line of the conductive lines to define a first opening, filling the first opening with a second dielectric material, and forming a sacrificial block perpendicular to and in direct contact with a non-recessed first conductive line. The method further includes forming a single via directly underneath the sacrificial block by recessing the non-recessed first conductive line, removing the sacrificial block to define a second opening, and filling the second opening with a conductive material to define a second conductive line such that the single via aligns to both the non-recessed first conductive line and the second conductive line.

    Abstract: A synchronization method and an apparatus are provided to meet a time precision requirement of an industrial factory in a scenario in which a mobile network is connected to an Ethernet network. In an embodiment, a first device determines seventh timestamp information by using timestamp information of receiving and sending packets in a mobile network, so that a second device calculates a time offset between the first device and the second device based on the seventh timestamp information and time points of receiving and sending packets in an Ethernet network, to perform time synchronization. In the method, impact of a transmission delay between the first device and the second device can be avoided, so that a time precision requirement of an industrial factory can be met in a scenario in which the mobile network is connected to the Ethernet network.
