    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a terminal device control method and a terminal device. The method includes: when a bending behavior of a flexible display occurs, determining a bending parameter of the flexible display, where the bending parameter includes at least one of a bending time parameter, a bending location parameter, a bending direction parameter, and a bending degree parameter; and adjusting a user interface (UI) of the flexible display based on the bending parameter, or generating, based on the bending parameter, a command corresponding to a first application. According to the method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the bending behavior of the flexible display is abstracted as the bending parameter, and the bending parameter is used as input of the application. This manner can effectively improve user experience.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present application are directed to a method for forming a boundary structure separating a memory cell and a logic device. In some embodiments, an isolation structure is formed separating a memory semiconductor region from a logic semiconductor region. A memory cell structure is formed on the memory semiconductor region, and a memory capping layer is formed covering the memory cell structure and the logic semiconductor region. A first etch is performed into the memory capping layer to remove the memory capping layer from the logic semiconductor region, and to define a slanted, logic-facing sidewall on the isolation structure. A logic device structure is formed on the logic semiconductor region. Further, a second etch is performed into the memory capping layer to remove the memory capping layer from the memory semiconductor, while leaving a dummy segment of the memory capping layer that defines the logic-facing sidewall.

    Abstract: A care-free activation system of an electrically controlled common rail engine. The care-free activation system includes a fuel tank, a fuel transfer pump and a fine filter. A gas discharging device discharging fuel gas is arranged between the fuel transfer pump and the fine filter. An outlet of the gas discharging device communicates with the fuel tank via an oil pipe. In the care-free activation system of the electrically controlled common rail engine, by arranging the gas discharging device at an oil feeding port of a fine filter, air in the fine filter can be discharged via the gas discharging device, thereby implementing active gas discharging, and effectively increasing activation performance of the engine.

    Abstract: A cloud-based accelerator manager manages cloud-based hardware accelerators. The accelerator manager monitors computer programs running in the cloud and generates a trace that indicates which accelerators were used and when. The trace may be for a single computer program or may be for multiple computer programs. Thus, the trace can be program-specific, showing all accesses to accelerators by a single program, or may be accelerator-specific, showing all accesses to each accelerator by all computer programs. The cloud-based accelerator manager detects a failure in one of the computer programs executing in the cloud. The cloud-based accelerator manager provides the trace to a user, who can then analyze the trace to determine whether the failure was due to an accelerator. The cloud-based accelerator manager thus helps detect when cloud-based accelerators are the reason for failures for computer programs running in a cloud.
