    Abstract: The invention provides a radio-frequency (RF) device package and a method for fabricating the same. An exemplary embodiment of a radio-frequency (RF) device package includes a base, wherein a radio-frequency (RF) device chip is mounted on the base. The RF device chip includes a semiconductor substrate having a front side and a back side. A radio-frequency (RF) component is disposed on the front side of the semiconductor substrate. An interconnect structure is disposed on the RF component, wherein the interconnect structure is electrically connected to the RF component, and a thickness of the semiconductor substrate is less than that of the interconnect structure. A through hole is formed through the semiconductor substrate from the back side of the semiconductor substrate, and is connected to the interconnect structure. A TSV structure is disposed in the through hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor structure which includes a conductive layer and a resistance configurable structure over the conductive layer. The resistance configurable structure includes a first electrode, a resistance configurable layer over the first electrode, and a second electrode over the resistance configurable layer. The first electrode has a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a bottom surface on the conductive layer. A joint between the first sidewall and the second sidewall includes an electric field enhancement structure. The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing the above semiconductor structure, including patterning a hard mask on a conductive layer; forming a spacer around the hard mask; removing at least a portion of the hard mask; forming a conforming resistance configurable layer on the spacer; and forming a second conductive layer on the conforming resistance configurable layer.

    Abstract: A heating and heat dissipating multi-layer circuit board structure for keeping operating temperatures of electronic components is provided. The outer layer of the multi-layer printed circuit board is in contact with electronic components. The operating temperatures of electronic components are measured through by a temperature measuring circuit. When the operating temperature of at least one electronic component is lower than a default temperature, the heating circuits corresponding to the electronic components are enabled respectively to heat the electronic components through corresponding heat conduction elements. When the operating temperature of at least one electronic component is higher than another default temperature, the heating circuits corresponding to the electronic components are disabled to transfer the heat from the electronic components to the heat conduction elements automatically.

    Abstract: A semiconductor transistor is formed as follows. A gate electrode is formed over but is insulated from a semiconductor body region. A first layer of insulating material is formed over the gate electrode and the semiconductor body region. A second layer of insulating material different from the first layer of insulating material is formed over the first layer of insulating material. Only the second layer of insulating material is etched to form spacers along the side-walls of the gate electrode. Impurities are implanted through the first layer of insulating material to form a source region and a drain region in the body region. A substantial portion of those portions of the first layer of insulting material extending over the source and drain regions is removed.
