A substrate having a plurality of pillars is provided, wherein a plurality of trenches are formed around each pillar. A doped region is formed in the substrate and below each pillar. The doped region below each trench is removed to form an opening such that the doped regions below the adjacent pillars are separated from each other. A shielding layer is formed in each opening.

    Abstract: A LED driving device comprises a rectification circuit, a holding current circuit and a driving circuit to drive and linearly regulates an illumination brightness of at least one LED by utilizing level variation of current magnitude. The rectification circuit rectifies and outputs a rectified voltage to the holding current circuit and the driving circuit by filtering impulses via a filter after receiving an alternating current voltage. The driving circuit outputs a driving current filtered by a filter capacitor to the LED, and the driving current is sensed by a sensing resistor to allow the holding current circuit outputting a holding current to the rectification circuit such that the whole circuit power can be improved to reduce problems of noise interference and twinkling.

The soybean oligosaccharide product is prepared by extracting a soybean raw material with water under a pH of 3-6 and at a temperature of 50-70° C. to obtain an extract containing acidic soluble saccharides of soybean, and inoculating and fermenting the extract with probiotics that are able to decompose monosaccharides and disaccharides, but substantially not able to decompose trisaccharides or tetrasaccharides.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a variable power dimming control circuit for driving and linearly adjusting the illumination brightness of a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), and the circuit includes a dimming stabilization unit and a control unit. The control unit is provided for detecting an input current of a circuit, and the dimming stabilization unit is driven for outputting a holding current when the input power is smaller than a standard, and stopping the output the holding current when the input power is greater than the standard. When the LEDs are dimmed to low luminance, a chip controls the operation of the dimming stabilization unit to assure the stability of the dimming operation of a TRIAC. When the LEDs are adjusted to high or full brightness, the chip stops the output of the holding current to reduce unnecessary power consumption and enhance the overall circuit performance effectively.

The molded casing is in a uniform thickness and has a continuous mosaic surface. The mosaic surface is composed of a plurality of non-coplanar polygons, wherein an intersection line is formed between any two adjacent polygons. An end of any one of the intersection lines is connected to an end of another intersection line or an edge of the mosaic surface, and an equivalence radius of a vertex angle at each intersection line is less than or equal to 0.1 millimeter. A mold assembly and a forming method for fabricating the molded case are also provided.

The package body is installed on the carrier, and has a reflecting and diverting element, which is located between the light sensing element and the object and is used for reflecting reflected light of the object and diverting the reflected light towards a receiving direction of the light sensing element. The light sensing element receives the reflected light and generates a corresponding sensing signal.
