    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a carbon nanodot-polyacrylic acid composite hydrogel including a polyacrylic acid-based gel matrix having carboxyl groups, and a plurality of fluorescent carbon nanodots having amino groups on surfaces thereof. The fluorescent carbon nanodots are formed by subjecting polyethylenimine and hydrochloric acid to a hydrothermal reaction, and are distributed in the polyacrylic acid-based gel matrix. The amino groups of the fluorescent carbon nanodots are covalently bonded with the carboxyl groups of the polyacrylic acid-based gel matrix. Also disclosed herein are a method for preparing and a formulation for forming a carbon nanodot-polyacrylic acid composite hydrogel.

The light-emitting part is located in the through hole, and falls within a projection of the opening in the vertical direction. The light-emitting part has a top surface that is lower than or equal to a bottom surface of the base plate in the vertical direction. The structure of the illuminated keyswitch structure around the light-emitting part can keep flat by the spacer. The spacer can prevent the light-emitting part from structurally entering the opening, avoiding structural interference between the light-emitting part and other components above the base plate.

    Abstract: Methods for preparing a void-free protective coating are disclosed herein. The void-free protective coating is used on a dielectric window having a central hole, which is used in a plasma treatment tool. A first protective coating layer is applied to the window, leaving an uncoated annular retreat area around the central hole. The first protective coating layer is polished to produce a flat surface and fill in any voids on the window. A second protective coating layer is then applied upon the flat surface of the first protective coating layer to obtain the void-free coating. This increases process uptime and service lifetime of the dielectric window and the plasma treatment tool.

The method includes performing a diffusion anneal process to drive elements of a dopant film through an amorphous silicon layer and into a gate dielectric layer over a fin to form a doped gate dielectric layer with a gradient depth profile of dopant concentrations. The doped gate dielectric layer is crystallized during a post-cap anneal process to form a gradient depth profile of ferroelectric properties within the crystallized gate dielectric layer. A metal gate electrode is formed over the crystallized gate dielectric layer to obtain a ferroelectric transistor with multi-ferroelectric properties between the gate electrode and the channel. The ferroelectric transistor may be used in deep neural network (DNN) applications.
