  • Patent number: 7171245
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for eliminating a musical tone from becoming a wind shear sound, which is used for the music recording file played in the GSM mobile communication system, such as the personal ring back tone. The method is to judge a portion of the music recording file where the music tone is erroneously judged as a background music, and add a small section of silence in front of the portion, so that the GSM mobile communication system would not judge the portion of the music tone as the background music so as to effectively eliminate the generation of the wind shear sound.

  • Publication number: 20050043663
Abstract: A bed includes a front frame having a front mattress mounted thereon, a rear frame having a rear mattress mounted thereon, a stretching mechanism and a legrest device. The stretching mechanism includes two handles mounted in front of the front frame for a user's gripping. The handles are movable along a longitudinal direction of the bed. The legrest device is mounted to the rear frame and movable relative to the rear frame along the longitudinal direction of the bed. The legrest positions the feet of the user. A first elastic element is attached between the rear frame and the legrest device. When a stretching force provided by the stretching mechanism imparted to the legrest device is greater than a pulling stress of the first elastic element, the first elastic element is pulled and thus moves the legrest device along the longitudinal direction relative to the rear frame.

  • Patent number: 6837861
Abstract: An electric massage device comprises a motor, a base, at least one gear train including a driven gear rotatably supported in the base, at least one movable member, and at least one massage member. The driven gear is driven by an output shaft of the motor. The driven gear includes engaging grooves in a side thereof. The movable member includes a toothed portion having a plurality of teeth. The massage member is securely connected to the movable member to move therewith. The engaging grooves of the driven gear and the teeth of the movable member are so configured that when the output shaft turns in a direction, the movable member and the massage member are turned, and that when the output shaft turns in a reverse direction, the movable member and the massage member move reciprocatingly.

  • Publication number: 20040009860
Abstract: A stretching device is mounted to a positioning portion of furniture and includes a motor, a telescopic rod, and a handlebar. The motor is activatable for moving the telescopic rod in a retracting or extending direction. The telescopic rod is located in a position corresponding to a backrest of the furniture and includes an upper end fixed to the handlebar to move therewith. The handlebar is located on top of the furniture and includes a pair of grips. The handlebar further includes at least one button for controlling turning directions of the motor. When a user sits or lies in the furniture with two hands grasping the grips, a body of the user is stretched when the button is pushed to cause the motor to turn in a direction for moving the telescopic rod in the extending direction.

  • Publication number: 20020097365
Abstract: An electrode array of IPS-LCD has a comb-shaped common electrode made by patterning a bottom-metal layer, respectively disposed and a comb-shaped pixel electrode made by patterning an inter-metal layer, and a connecting layer made by patterning a top-metal layer. The comb-shaped common electrode has a bar and a plurality of comb-teeth extending in a first Y-direction. The comb-shaped pixel electrode has a bar and a plurality of comb-teeth that extend in a second Y-direction and are inter-digitated with the comb-teeth of the common electrode. The connecting layer is electrically connected to one end of the comb-teeth of the pixel electrode and covers part of the bar of the common electrode. In addition, two strip-shaped metal-shielding layers made by patterning the top-metal layer are disposed over the comb-teeth of the common electrode to eliminate crosstalk.
