    Abstract: A data storage system having data locking and unlocking functions and a method therefor are provided. The data locking and unlocking method includes: when a used capacity of a storage device is equal to or greater than a first threshold, locking a plurality of folders of the foregoing storage device; preventing the folders from being unlocked when the used capacity is greater than or equal to a second threshold; unlocking the locked folders according to a first unlock signal when the used capacity is less than the first threshold; and unlocking the locked folders according to a second unlock signal when the used capacity is between the first threshold and the second threshold. The ranked list may be sent to the device of the searching entity so that the “best” domain name can be selected even when the results originate from disparate results.

The back-illuminated image sensor also includes a first electrically conductive contact that extends through the LOCOS structure and forms an ohmic contact with the region of doped silicon. The first electrically conductive contact may be grounded, negatively biased, or positively biased, depending on the application.

    Abstract: A composite dielectric ceramic material having anti-reduction and high temperature stability characteristics includes the main component of (1-x)(BaTiO3)-x(Ba2LiTa5O15) formulated in accordance with the relative molar ratio of up to 100 mole composite dielectric ceramics and a predetermined ratio of one or multiple oxide subcomponents corresponding to 100 moles of the main component. The oxide subcomponents of Li2TiO3, BaSiO3, (Ba0.6Ca0.4)SiO3 and SiO2 can be used as sintering aids to provide a sintering promotion effect. The oxide subcomponents of CaO, MnO, MgO can also be selected used to improve dielectric stability. More particularly, CaO has the advantages of improving the anti-reduction ability and increasing the coefficient of resistance. Therefore, with the adding of the oxide subcomponents and their interactions, the rate of change of the TCC curve of the composite dielectric ceramic material (1-x)(BaTiO3)-x(Ba2LiTa5O15) in the temperature range of ?55° C.˜200° C.
