    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a micro normally-closed structure. The method includes steps of providing a flexible arm, and a stationary base and a fixed contact separated from the flexible arm, wherein the flexible arm is free to move and includes a first end configured at one terminal and a movable contact configured at another terminal, the transient base is configured at where corresponds to the first end, and the fixed contact is configured at where corresponds to the movable contact; forming a temporary electrical connection between the first end and the stationary base; forming a temporary electrical conduction between the movable contact and the fixed contact; maintaining the temporary electrical connection and the temporary electrical conduction; and securing the first end to the stationary base permanently which causes the temporary electrical connection turn into a permanent electrical connection and the temporary electrical conduction turn into the micro normally-closed structure.

The electrical driver is electrically coupled to the d31-mode multilayer piezoelectric actuators for displacing the actuators in directions substantially perpendicular to polarization of piezoelectric layers in the d31-mode multilayer piezoelectric actuators in response to charging and discharging of the actuators by the electrical driver, to generate a fast movement of the piston to jet a pressurized fluid out of the nozzle of the dispensing head.

    Abstract: A ceramic capacitor dielectric material includes BaTiO3, BaZrO3, SrTiO3, MgCO3, SiO2, and at least one compound selected from transition element and rare earth element. The amount of the BaTiO3 in the ceramic capacitor dielectric material is 40-80 mol %; the amount of the BaZrO3 is 20-40 mol %; and the amount of the SrTiO3 is smaller than or equal to 20 mol %. The permittivity of the ceramic capacitor dielectric material is larger than 350, and the dielectric loss is lower than 0.5%. Moreover, the resistivity can reach 1012 ?-cm under room temperature, and further reach 1011 ?-cm at 125° C. Besides that, the performance of the capacitance change rate of the ceramic capacitor dielectric material under DC bias is excellent, thus the ceramic capacitor dielectric material can fulfill the X7T dielectric properties of EIA.

When the beam splitter divides the received laser beam and transmits the divided laser beams to the transmitters, the transmitters transmit the divided laser beams to the receivers through two optical fibers. The receivers send the divided laser beams to the beam combiner for the beam combiner to combine the divided laser beams into an output laser beam projected on the target through the objective lens. Given the optical transmission path of the laser beam splitting and combining device, the laser transmission distance can be extended.

    Abstract: A method of length measurement for 2d photography comprises the following steps. A reference object and a measuring object are respectively photographed to form a reference image and a measuring image, wherein the reference object has a geometrical shape capable of being represented by an area formula saved in a computer with a predetermined size. A background image is separated from the reference image and then the reference image is scanned to obtain a total number of pixels included therein, and a first number of pixels corresponding to a unit length is obtained based on the predetermined size and the area formula. An actual length between any two points of the measuring object image clicked on a screen of the computer can be obtained based on a ratio of a second number of pixels corresponding to the two points to the first number of pixels.

The recommendation system may be configured to collect data regarding user activities with respect to various existing items. Based on the user activity data, the user interest for the new item may be estimated and a determination may be made whether the new item is to be recommended to the user based on the estimated interest. In one embodiment, the new item's attribute vector is compared with a user vector to estimate the user's interest to the new item. In another embodiment, a score indicating the user's interest may be iteratively estimated through matrix factorization based on the user activity data.
