Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, including: forming a plurality of gate strips, each gate strip is a gate terminal of a transistor; forming a plurality of first contact vias connected to a part of the gate strips; forming a plurality of first metal strips above the plurality of gate strips; connecting one of the first metal strips to one of the first contact vias; forming a plurality of second metal strips above the plurality of first metal strips, wherein the plurality of second metal strips are co-planar, each second metal strip and one of the first metal strips are crisscrossed from top view; a length between two adjacent gate strips is twice as a length between two adjacent second metal strips, and a length of said one of the first metal strips is smaller than two and a half times as the length between two adjacent gate strips.

Abstract: A powder-based three-dimensional printing (3DP) method, device and system, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: analyzing printing images of layers corresponding to a part to be printed to determine a target print image and adding a preset mark to the target print image which includes a print image of a target layer that causes a previous powder layer of the target layer to displace during printing; acquiring an image to be printed of a current layer to be printed; identifying the image to be printed to determine whether the preset mark exists on the image to be printed; and if yes, processing the current layer to be printed and/or a previous powder layer of the current layer to be printed such that the previous powder layer of the current layer does not move with powder spreading of the current layer.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for generating a physical layout for a high density routing circuit are disclosed. An exemplary semiconductor structure includes: a gate structure; a plurality of first metal lines formed in a first dielectric layer below the gate structure; at least one first via formed in a second dielectric layer between the gate structure and the first dielectric layer; a plurality of second metal lines formed in a third dielectric layer over the gate structure; and at least one second via formed in a fourth dielectric layer between the gate structure and the third dielectric layer. Each of the at least one first via is electrically connected to the gate structure and a corresponding one of the plurality of first metal lines. Each of the at least one second via is electrically connected to the gate structure and a corresponding one of the plurality of second metal lines.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments for an exemplary dual transmission gate and various exemplary integrated circuit layouts for the exemplary dual transmission gate are disclosed. These exemplary integrated circuit layouts represent double-height, also referred to as double rule, integrated circuit layouts. These double rule integrated circuit layouts include a first group of rows from among multiple rows of an electronic device design real estate and a second group of rows from among the multiple rows of the electronic device design real estate to accommodate a first metal layer of a semiconductor stack. The first group of rows can include a first pair of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect (CMOS) transistors, such as a first p-type metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect (PMOS) transistor and a first n-type metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect (NMOS) transistor, and the second group of rows can include a second pair of CMOS transistors, such as a second PMOS transistor and a second NMOS transistor.

A first security application and a second security application are provided in a security element of the communication device. The first security application and an application in the trusted execution environment are communicationally connected by means of a first communication channel. The second security application and a near-field communication (NFC) module provided in the communication device are communicationally connected by means of a second communication channel. The first security application and the second security application are communicationally connected by means of a security channel. Using the non-contact communication method and the communication device, a security channel may be established between NFC and a TEE, which may enable NFC non-contact card reading for a TEE application.

Abstract: An AK3287 formulation, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. In mass fraction, the formulation comprises: 0.05-20% of AK3287; 0-30% of an absorption enhancer; 5-99.95% of an oil-phase substance; 0-25% of an emulsifier; 0-5% of a preservative; and 0-70% of water, wherein the structure of AK3287 is shown in the drawing. AK3287 molecules in the formulation have high exposure in the skin, and the formulation can reduce the thickness of the skin at a scar and the ratio of the maximum thickness of the skin at the scar to the thickness of the normal skin; moreover, the relative density of TGF-? and type I collagen in the skin is reduced.

Abstract: Disclosed are an ATX inhibitor, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof, which belong to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. In particular, the ATX inhibitor is a compound having the structure of formula I?, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an ester, an isomer, a solvate, a prodrug or an isotope marker thereof. Abstract: The manufacturing method of titanium dioxide solution includes: mixing choline chloride, urea, boric acid, and titanium tetrachloride to form a first solution, wherein a molar concentration ratio of choline chloride to urea is 1:2, a molar concentration of titanium tetrachloride is 0.2 M to 0.4 M, and weight/volume of boric acid is 5 g/300 ml to 15 g/300 ml; and heating the first solute ion to form a second solution, wherein the second solution contains carbon/nitrogen doped titanium dioxide. In the manufacturing method of the present disclosure, the deep eutectic solution formed by choline chloride and urea may be used as a solvent, and may also be used as a carbon source and/or a nitrogen source. Therefore, titanium dioxide may be doped with carbon and/or nitrogen during the formation process.
