Abstract: A simple heat-dissipation pad for a notebook computer includes two symmetrical pad elements which can be coupled to each other via engaging blocks and engaging holes formed thereon, so as to form a decorative object having a spherical shape or other shapes. The pad elements, when separated from each other, can be used to support the notebook computer at a higher position and provide anti-slip and proper heat-dissipation effects.

Abstract: A heat-dissipation, connection and support structure for a notebook computer is characterized by integration of a heat-dissipation base, a connection device and an angle-adjusting supporting device into one piece, wherein the heat-dissipation base allows the notebook computer to be placed thereon and is provided with a replaceable cooling fan, a fan speed regulating device, at least one adjustable pad, at least one rotatable stopper, a cord compartment cover, an indicator lamp, a switch and various connecting ends. The angle-adjusting supporting device is provided on the backside of the heat-dissipation base for adjusting a supporting angle, so that the structure not only provides heat-dissipation and connection functions, but can also support the notebook computer at various inclination angles.

Abstract: An SQL procedure deployment system deploys a query procedure comprising a procedural logic component and a database request component from a source system to a target system. At generation of the query procedure, the system generates a query procedure source code, a symbol table, and an encapsulated optimization results to regenerate run-time instructions for query statements of the database request component and make the query statements function with a deployed procedural logic component. The system maintains an association between the procedural logic component and the database request component during deployment. The system copies an internal representation of the procedural logic component to the target system without regeneration. The system regenerates the database request component to recreate the query procedure on the target system and to maintain a consistent interface between the procedural logic component and database request component.

The light transmitting unit is disposed at a first end of the barrel body oriented toward the sun. The light transmitting unit has a light-transmittable crossing point provided at a center thereof. The projecting unit is an opaque member arranged between the first end and a second end of the barrel body. The photosensor unit is arranged to one side of the projecting unit, so that the projecting unit is located between the light transmitting unit and the photosensor unit. The photosensor unit has a locating center preset at a center of the projecting unit. The lens is arranged between the projecting unit and the photosensor unit. The barrel body is a telescopic barrel enabling the solar tracking device to switch between different operating angle modes.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus having a function of illumination of electric light anytime, which is connected via USB, 1394 or PS2 transmission circuit. The structure thereof uses USB or the aforementioned attachment ports to connect and is charged by storage batteries for illumination. When the illumination apparatus is embodied, USB, 1394 or PS2 attachment ports (HUB) or the card reading unit can be set up on the apparatus to become a multifunctional computer peripheral apparatus.

The housing is provided with a front cover having a hook release button mounted thereon. The housing is provided with transparent side panels, which is illuminated when standby. A rear panel integrally formed with a supporting bracket on which a printed circuit board is mounted. The printed circuit board is mounted LED with respect to the transparent side panels. The supporting bracket is provided with a latch, which interlocks with a hook of the hook release button when the support bracket is inserted into the housing. When the portable hard disk drive is electrically connected, the LED illuminates the side panels.
