    Abstract: A method for extracting herbacetin from plants of Rhodiola L., comprising the following steps: 1) performing an extracting process for the pulverized medical Rhodiola L. with an extracting solvent, and condensing to obtain an extract; 2) performing a leaching process for the extract and performing an acid hydrolysis for the extracted aqueous layer; 3) performing a leaching process for the solution after the acid hydrolysis with an organic solvent, combining the organic layer and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a herbacetin extract; 4) treating the herbacetin extract through polyamide column chromatography, collecting the outflow containing herbacetin and drying through condensation to obtain a crude herbacetin product; 5) treating the crude herbacetin product through reverse-phase silica-gel column chromatography, collecting the outflow containing herbacetin, drying through condensation and recrystallizing to obtain a pure herbacetin product.

    Abstract: Perovskite materials useful in the manufacture of photovoltaic cells are provided. The perovskite materials have the formula AB?0.5B?0.5X3 or A?0.5A?0.5B?0.5B?0.5X3, wherein A, A?, and A? are organic or inorganic cations, X is a halogen ion, B? is tin, and B? is germanium. Embodiments of the mixed tin and germanium halide perovskite materials possess a direct bandgap within the optimal range of 0.9-1.6 eV and have an optical absorption spectrum that is comparable to the state-of-the-art methylammonium lead iodide perovskites. The perovskite materials provided herein have been formulated to be lead-free.

The process further includes bending both the blank panel sheet and the reinforcement patch along a bend line interposed between the first and second patch sections to form the blank panel sheet into a rocker panel portion having an elongated base section and a longitudinal flange, where the first and second patch sections are in at least partial abutting contact with the base section and the flange. The solution is used in a process of detecting the electrical parameter of the integrated circuit on the printed circuit board.

The control module generates the first and the second control signals according to the detection result.

The first adjustment voltage is dropped by a drop regulation module to generate a second adjustment voltage to the load. The drop regulation module drops the first adjustment voltage according to a second control signal. At least one of the fuel cell group, the boost regulation module, the drop regulation module and the load is detected to generate a detection result. The first and the second control signals are generated according to the detection result.
