A telescopic actuator includes two ends pivotably connected to the supporting beam and the second linking rod, respectively. A top board unit is pivotably connected to the first and third linking rods and includes a switch operable to actuate the actuator to proceed with a telescope movement, causing the first and third linking rods to pivot relative to the legs, thereby lifting or lowering the top board unit.
