  • Publication number: 20200229542
Abstract: An upper structure adapted for engaging with a sole to form a shoe body includes a main body. The main body has an outer surface and an inner surface. The inner surface and the sole enclose an internal space. Each of at least two lateral sides of the inner surface has a gel layer. The two gel layers correspond to two longer sides of the sole respectively. Each of the gel layers is composed of a gel of non-Newtonian fluid to engage with the main body.

  • Publication number: 20180319113
Abstract: The method of manufacturing all-water foamed shoe sole includes the following steps. Prepare main agent and solidifying agent: prepare a main agent and a solidifying agent. The main agent is a mixture of polytetrahydrofuran (PTMEG), an all-water foaming agent, and a catalyst. The solidifying agent is prepolymerized by polyester polyol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). Injection and foaming: the main agent and the solidifying agent are injected into a mold by an injector in a weight ratio of 100:50-60 to be foamed and shaped into a shoe sole. Removing mold: take the shoe sole out from the mold wherein the shoe sole has a specific gravity ranged from 0.2 g/cc to 0.28 g/cc.

  • Publication number: 20100037485
Abstract: A slipper comprises a base layer and a first attachment layer formed on the top surface of the base layer, the base layer including a toe support area, an arch support area and a heel support area, and having flexible property. As the user wears the slipper and stands on the floor, the first attachment layer is pressed to completely attach to his foot. As the user raises his foot, the slipper will still attach to the foot by using the first attachment layer and become deformable with the foot's arching posture.

  • Publication number: 20090304981
Abstract: A method for making a coat for ear bud includes a step of preparing a male mold having insertions and a female mold having concavities, spreading a layer of non-foam Polyurethane material to outside of the insertions and an inside of the concavities; a step of filling foam material in the concavities; a step of inserting the insertions into the concavities, and then foaming the foam material, and a step of separating the male and female molds to pick up coats with the non-foam Polyurethane layer coated thereon. The coat for ear buds includes a body having pre-set shape and a layer of non-foam Polyurethane material is attached to outside of the body and a path axially defined through the body.

  • Publication number: 20090194660
Abstract: A reusable PU holding pad member, such as a first, second, and third pad holding member, comprises a front surface and a rear surface, between which is fixed an outer sidewall with a predetermined thickness, and the rear and front surfaces of the holding pad member are both an adhesive surface for being attached to and removed from a fixing member repeatedly. The rear surface is provided to securely attach onto the fixing member, and by using the adhesive surface (such as the front and rear surfaces) generated through the networking of the PU molecule structure, not only the dusts attached on the front and rear surfaces of the holding pad member may be washed away, but also the adhesive strength of the front and rear surfaces thereof may be maintained, enabling to be used repeatedly.

  • Publication number: 20090159775
Abstract: A mold assembly includes a bottom mold having a plurality of concavities defined therein and a top mold which includes a recess defined in an underside thereof so that the bottom mold is engaged with the recess. The length of the recess between two insides is less than a length of the bottom mold so that the bottom mold is snugly engaged with the recess by proper scalability of the metal material of the top and bottom molds. A plurality of through holes are defined through the top mold and located corresponding to the concavities. Forming material is pouted into the concavities via the through holes.

  • Publication number: 20070098898
Abstract: A method for applying surface ornamentation on material of shoes, bags or clothing involves the steps of: providing a sample, putting liquid PU resin on the sample to form a specific pattern, drying the specific pattern and obtaining the specific pattern on the sample. The present invention provides a way to form the specific pattern without a mold, so that the pattern is not limited by the mold. Furthermore, the cost for forming a pattern is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20060218819
Abstract: A double-density elastic insert element is composed of an inner section and an outer section enclosing the inner section. The inner section and the outer section have different density, hardness and elasticity characteristics. Preferably, the inner section and the outer section are both made of polyurethane or ethylvinyl acetate (EVA) that is solidified at different molding conditions to obtain different density, hardness and elasticity characteristics. By varying the densities of the elastic insert element, the elastic insert element can be selectively modified to have more functional capabilities to satisfy different requirements.

  • Publication number: 20060174520
Abstract: A vamp for a sport shoe has at least one elastic area and at least one non-elastic area. These areas are made of different plastic components to have different elasticity. Preferably, the vamp further has multiple grooves defined on the vamp to provide proper friction for ball control. The elastic area is attached to a front section of the sport shoe. By modifying the vamp to have the elastic area serve as a kicking (front) section of the sport shoe, a player can kick the soccer ball farther with the sport shoe having the vamp in the present invention.

  • Publication number: 20060154541
Abstract: A surface material with a stereoscopic effect has a substrate and a PU meshed layer. The substrate has a first pattern. The PU meshed layer has a second pattern similar to or the same as the first pattern and is mounted on the substrate over the first pattern at an axial deflection relative to the first pattern. Because the axial deflection makes the second pattern partially overlap and visually interact with the first pattern, a stereoscopic visual effect is created on the surface material.

  • Publication number: 20040046274
Abstract: A method for preparing a wear-resisting outsole for a shoe, which mixes polyol polyurethane oligomer and prepolymer isocyanate together to form a mixed material. Then, the mixed material is poured into a shaping mold and coagulated by heating to form a TPU polymer outsole. Lastly, a substrate covers the mold and is bonded with the TPU outsole by a heat-pressure forming process to achieve a wear-resisting outsole.
