Reusable PU Holding Pad Member
A reusable PU holding pad member, such as a first, second, and third pad holding member, comprises a front surface and a rear surface, between which is fixed an outer sidewall with a predetermined thickness, and the rear and front surfaces of the holding pad member are both an adhesive surface for being attached to and removed from a fixing member repeatedly. The rear surface is provided to securely attach onto the fixing member, and by using the adhesive surface (such as the front and rear surfaces) generated through the networking of the PU molecule structure, not only the dusts attached on the front and rear surfaces of the holding pad member may be washed away, but also the adhesive strength of the front and rear surfaces thereof may be maintained, enabling to be used repeatedly.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a PU holding pad member, and more particularly to a reusable PU holding pad member that not only the dusts attached on the front and rear surfaces thereof may be washed away, but also the adhesive strength of the front and rear surfaces thereof may be maintained, thus enabling to be used repeatedly.
2. Description of the Prior Arts
In a car, a conventional non-slip pad is disposed on a surface of a centre console for placing objects thereon. By means of specific chemical recipe, the chemical molecule of the non-slip pad may be changed to have a preferred shear force, so that if a cell phone is put on the non-slip pad, it will not move or fall with the car's linear movement. Nevertheless, such a conventional non-slip pad is not an adhesive pad, if the car makes a turn suddenly, the cell phone will fall easily.
Furthermore, a conventional adhesive product, such as a magic pad for use in playing darts may adhere darts thereon effectively, however, it is not easy to wash away the dusts attached on the magic pad, and the adhesive strength will fade after repeat use.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary object of the present invention is to provide a reusable PU holding pad member that may be made into different products for various purpose, such as first, second, and third holding pad members for use in holding cell phone, playing darts, and playing golf respectively, hence the front surfaces of the holding pad members with various of adhesive strength may be made by controlling the strength of the shear force. Furthermore, the rear surfaces of the holding pad members with different adhesive strength may be further manufactured depended on the manufacturing materials of the fixing members, such as wood, metal or plastic materials.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a reusable PU holding pad member that may achieve shock absorbing purpose.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a reusable PU holding pad member that not only the dusts attached on the front and rear surfaces thereof may be washed away, but also the adhesive strength of the front and rear surfaces thereof may be maintained, enabling to be used repeatedly.
In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a reusable PU holding pad member, such as first, second, and third holding pad members for use in holding cell phone, playing darts, and playing golf respectively comprising;
a front surface and a rear surface corresponding to each other formed thereon respectively, between which is fixed an outer sidewall with a predetermined thickness, and the rear and front surfaces of the PU holding pad member are both an adhesive surface for being attached to and removed from an attachable member repeatedly. The rear surface is provided to securely attach the PU holding pad member onto a fixing member, and by using the adhesive surface (such as the front and rear surfaces) generated through the networking of the PU molecule structure, not only the dusts attached on the front and rear surfaces of the holding pad member may be washed away, but also the adhesive strength of the front and rear surfaces thereof may be maintained, enabling to be used repeatedly.
The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
Referring to
The PU material with an adhesive surface thereon may be made into various geometric PU pad products except for sphere ones based on requirement, such as a first holding pad member 1A for use in holding a cell phone as illustrated in
a front surface 10 and a rear surface 20 corresponding to each other formed thereon respectively, between which is fixed an outer sidewall 30 with a predetermined thickness, and the front and rear surfaces 10, 20 and the outer sidewall 30 are all an adhesive surface for being attached to and removed from an attachable member repeatedly;
With reference to
the rear surface 20 is provided to adhere with a fixing member E, and the front surface 10 is used to adhesively hold the cell phone C. To maintain the stickiness, the rear surface 20 of the first holding pad member 1A is provided with a release paper 60 thereon for preventing dusts in the air from falling on it. While in use, the release paper 60 may be removed from the rear surface 20 of the first holding pad member 1A, and then the rear surface 20 may be attached to the fixing member E. Because the first holding pad member 1A may be repeatedly removed and then adhered to the predetermined adhering position of the fixing member E, a plastic film 50 (on which a predetermined sticking member, such as text or logo pattern is cut to be adhered) is disposed on the front surface 10 of the first holding pad member 1A in advance, on the surface (or the front surface) of the outer sidewall 30 is sprayed resin material, so that on the portion where is not attached the plastic film 50 is covered a non-adhesive isolation layer D (as shown in
Similarly, the second holding pad member 1B for use in playing darts as shown in
It can be clearly seen from the preceding accounts on the features of the present invention that the reusable holding pad member of the present invention has the following advantages:
1. The first holding pad member 1A includes the adhesive rear surface 20 for adhering with the fixing member E (as shown in
2. The reusable PU holding pad members of the present invention, may be made into different products, such as the first, second and third holding pad members for use in holding cell phone, playing darts, and playing golf respectively, hence the front surfaces of the holding pad members with different adhesive strength may be made by controlling the strength of the shear force. Furthermore, the rear surfaces of the holding pad members with different adhesive strength may be further manufactured depended on the manufacturing materials of the fixing members, such as wood, metal or plastic materials.
3. Because the holding pad members may be repeatedly removed and then adhered to the predetermined adhering positions of the fixing members, each of the plastic films may be arranged a predetermined sticking portion (on which a predetermined sticking member, such as text or logo pattern is cut to be adhered), enhancing aesthetic appearance or identification.
4. Due to the holding pad members are made of PU material, a shock absorbing purpose may be achieved.
5. After washing the holding pad members, not only the dusts attached on the front and rear surfaces thereof may be washed away, but also the adhesive strength of the front and rear surfaces thereof may be maintained, enabling to be used repeatedly.
The invention is not limited to the above embodiment but various modifications thereof may be made. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
