    Abstract: A system and method for image-guided microscopic illumination are provided. A processing module controls an imaging assembly such that a camera acquires an image or images of a sample in multiple fields of view, and the image or images are automatically transmitted to a processing module and processed by the first processing module automatically in real-time based on a predefined criterion so as to determine coordinate information of an interested region in each field of view. The processing module also controls an illuminating assembly to illuminate the interested region of the sample according to the received coordinate information regarding to the interested region, with the illumination patterns changing among the fields of view.

The screwing member penetrates through the through hole and the guide groove to clamp and fix the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a steering joint for connecting a bottom pipe and a supporting pipe, which comprises a base, a rotary seat and a locking piece. The base comprises a sleeve portion connected with the bottom pipe and a first pivoting plate comprising a guide groove. The rotary seat comprises a clamp for clamping the supporting pipe and a second pivoting plate comprising a through hole. The first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate are pivoted together at a pivoting point, when the first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate rotate relatively, the through hole is kept align to the guide groove. The locking piece penetrates through the through hole and the guide groove and clamps and fixes the first pivoting plate and the second pivoting plate. Through that a certain distance exists between the locking piece and the pivoting point, the load carrying capacity is increased.

    Abstract: A clamping seat of the telescopic rod comprises a pipe seat, a movable clamp and a fixed clamp. The pipe seat comprises an inner pipe space and an outer pipe space to insert the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The pipe seat comprises a side opening beside the inner pipe space and a side space beside the outer pipe space. The movable clamp comprises an arc block beside the side opening, and a screwing member pressing the arc block into the inner pipe space then to press and fix the inner pipe. The fixed clamp comprises a clamping plate in the side space, and a tightening bolt pressing the pipe seat against the clamping plate, allowing the clamping plate to press the outer pipe. Accordingly, the arc block and the clamping plate contact the pipes in a large area to avoid local deformation and prevent damaged together.
