  • Publication number: 20090148086
Abstract: A rotor of a motor includes a shaft, a magnetically conductive shell and a connecting element. The shaft has a groove formed at one end of the shaft. The central portion of a top wall of the magnetically conductive shell has at least one extending portion disposed adjacent to the groove, and at least one part of the extending portion is radially projected onto the groove. The connecting element connects the end of the shaft and the extending portion of the magnetically conductive shell. A fan including above-mentioned rotor is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7346203
Abstract: A method for detecting, quantifying, staging, reporting, and/or tracking of a disease includes providing analysis software configured to detect, quantify, stage, report, and/or track a disease utilizing images of a patient. The analysis software is executable on a personal computer of a patient. Patients are then imaged utilizing a medical imaging apparatus and medical images of the patient produced by the imaging apparatus are downloaded to the personal computer of the patient. The imaging and downloading are repeated a plurality of times at intervals selected to provide the analysis software with sufficient images to detect, quantify, stage, report, and/or track the disease in the patient.

  • Publication number: 20070001101
Abstract: An electronic device is provided such as a programmable rise/fall time control circuit, for example, that delivers a continuous and near linear rising/falling slope of a control signal, with programmability that can be implemented in future CMOS image sensor devices. This device includes a programmability block for reset or transfer gate signals. The programmability block includes two inputs: an input bias current and a signal from the control bits. The programmability block further includes two similar internal circuit blocks, one for generating a fall time control signal, and one for generating a rise time control signal. Additionally the programmability block includes two outputs; a fall time control signal, and a rise time control signal. The device further includes a reset or transfer gate buffer configured as an inverter. The reset or transfer gate buffer includes three input signals: The fall time control signal and rise time control signal from the programmability block, and an INT Reset signal.

  • Patent number: 6548833
Abstract: A color optimized CMOS photodiode pixel array is provided. The pixel array employs different dimensions to take advantage of different characteristics of the photodiode physics to produce an enhanced image while minimizing the need for post processing. The design includes a relatively shallow blue pixel photodiode, a deeper green pixel photodiode, and a relatively deep red pixel photodiode. The red pixel photodiode is larger and deeper than the green pixel photodiode, which is larger and deeper than the blue pixel photodiode. Each color pixel photodiode comprises a junction diode and a depletion region. The CMOS construction of the three color pixel photodiodes may vary, but one possible construct of the red pixel photodiode would be an N Well/P Sub diode construct, the green pixel photodiode a N+/P Sub diode construct, and the blue being a N+/P Well or N+/P Sub diode construct.
