    Abstract: The disclosure provides an electronic device, which includes a substrate, two adjacent pixels, a first scan line, and two adjacent light shielding layers. The two adjacent pixels are disposed on the substrate and arranged along the first direction. A first pixel of the two adjacent pixels includes a first sub-pixel, and the first sub-pixel includes a first active region and a first conductive element electrically connected to the first active region. The first scan line is extending along the first direction. The two adjacent light shielding layers are respectively disposed between the two adjacent pixels and the substrate. The two adjacent light shielding layers are spaced apart by a first gap region, and the first gap region overlaps the first conductive element. The display device of the disclosure can reduce the problem of image quality degradation caused by photo-leakage current.

The pixel has a dark region when the back light module is turned on, and the light shielding element shields at least a portion of the dark region. The display device of the disclosed embodiment may improve the contrast ration of the display device.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of semiconductor, especially the Light-Emitting Diode (LED) and a manufacturing method thereof. In some examples, by etching the channel between adjacent light-emitting units, making the high reflection layer at the bottom of the channel, and producing interference fringes through the high reflection layer, and the side of the LED is exposed by using the interference fringes, thereby forming the structure of the groove and the protrusion on the side of the LED. Further, the width of the bottom of the groove can be larger than the width of the opening, and a silicon dioxide layer can be provided on the surfaces of the protrusion structures, which can further improve the luminous efficiency of the LED.
