    Abstract: An optical fiber connector includes a connector body, two optical fibers, two lenses, and a cover. The connector body includes an optical fiber receiving member defining a recess with an open end and an optical lens member assembled in the recess. The optical lens member has a first surface and a second surface. The optical fibers are received in the optical fiber receiving member. The lenses are formed on the first surface and coupled with the respective optical fibers. The cover includes an engaging member and two shielding members. The engaging member is received in the recess. Each shielding member includes a first plate extending from the engaging member and a second plate perpendicularly extending from the first plate. The first plate covers the optical lens member, and the second plate shields the corresponding lens.

    Abstract: An optical fiber connector includes a number of optical fibers, a body, a number of supports and a cover. The body includes a number of lens portions at a first end thereof, a number of through holes at an opposite second end, and a recess located between the lens portions and the through holes. The through holes are in communication with the recess. The optical fibers extend through the respective through holes and terminate at the respective lens portions. The supports are formed in the recess. Each support supports and retains a portion of the corresponding optical fiber exposed in the recess. The cover is received in the recess. The cover has a number of slanted faces spatially corresponding to the respective supports. The slanted faces and the supports cooperatively securely sandwich the exposed portions of the optical fibers in the body.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an optical film includes providing a molding machine. The molding machine includes a hopper, a first cylindrical roller, a second cylindrical roller, and a UV light source. Thereafter, a UV-curable material is provided into the hopper, and flows out from the narrow outlet of the hopper. The UV light source is turned on toward the UV-curable material.     Abstract: In a method for manufacturing an integral imaging device, a layer of curable adhesive is first applied on a flexible substrate and half cured such that the curable adhesive is solidified but is capable of deforming under external forces. Then the curable adhesive is printed into a lenticular lens having a predetermined shape and size using a roll-to-roll processing device and fully cured such that the curable adhesive is capable of withstanding external forces to hold the predetermined shape and size. Last, a light emitting diode display is applied on the flexible substrate opposite to the lenticular lens such that an image plane of the light emitting diode display coincides with a focal plane of the lenticular lens.

The first pressing roller and the second pressing roller cooperatively press the distributed UV curable glue.
