    Abstract: A multilayered golf ball having inside whiskers and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The method includes the steps of forming a ball core, forming an inner cover layer to cover the ball core, and forming an outer cover layer to cover the inner cover layer. The outer cover layer has a flexural modulus between 20 MPa and 600 MPa and the inner cover layer has a flexural modulus between 20 MPa and 400 MPa. The inner cover layer has a three-dimensional network structure that is formed by the whiskers, and the whiskers are in an amount between 1 wt % and 5 wt % of the total weight of the inner cover layer.

A first position of a first semiconductor substrate on a first support is gauged by a gauging component embedded in the first support and a first sensor facing towards the gauging component. A second semiconductor substrate is transferred to a position above the first semiconductor substrate by a second support. A second position of the second semiconductor substrate is gauged by a second sensor mounted on the second support and located above the first support. The first semiconductor substrate is positioned based on the second position of the second semiconductor substrate. The second semiconductor substrate is bonded to the first semiconductor substrate.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a golf ball having a cover with network structure which includes the steps of forming a core layer and forming a cover layer to enclose the core layer. The method characterized in that the cover layer forming step includes the steps of: mixing 90 wt % of a Surlyn resin with 10 wt % of a whisker reinforced material to form a whisker composition; mixing the whisker composition with another Surlyn resin to form a cover layer material, wherein the content of the whisker composition is between 0.1 and 10 phr on the basis of 100 phr of the another Surlyn resin; and injecting the cover layer material to form the cover layer with a whisker-based three-dimensional network structure. The golf ball, after being shot, can achieve both a long flight distance and a greater amount of backspin.

The first and the second substrates are misaligned at an edge of the laminated substrate. The laminated substrate separating device includes a base where the laminated substrate is disposed thereon, and a separating tool movably disposed on the base along an axis. The separating tool presses a portion of the first substrate being exposed out of the second substrate at a misaligned edge such that a gap is formed between the first and the second substrates. The separating tool inserts into the gap at the misaligned edge to press the first substrate, such that the second substrate is separated from the first substrate. A method for separating laminated substrate is also provided.
