    Abstract: A non-woven protective clothing against blood and viruses, which is composed from: a non-woven fabric layer, which has two surfaces; and a high waterproof moisture-permeable layer, which is a porous film that is laminated to one of the surfaces of the non-woven fabric layer; and an elastic pore filling layer, which is a hydrophilic polyurethane. The elastic pore filling layer is coated or printed onto the surface of the high waterproof moisture-permeable layer, and the thickness of the elastic pore filling layer is thinner than that of the high waterproof moisture-permeable layer. The synthetic blood permeability of the non-woven protective clothing against blood and viruses can resist a pressure of 2.0 psi for one minute, and the Phi-X174 bacteriophage penetrability thereof can resist a pressure of 2.0 psi for one minute.

    Abstract: Interfaces and systems are provided for harvesting ground truth from forms to be used in training models based on key-value pairings in the forms and to later use the trained models to identify related key-value pairings in new forms. Initially, forms are identified and clustered to identify a subset of forms to label with the key-value pairings. Users provide input to identify keys to use in labeling and then select/highlight text from forms that are presented concurrently with the keys in order to associate the highlighted text with the key(s) as the corresponding key-value pairing(s). After labeling the forms with the key-value pairings, the key-value pairing data is used as ground truth for training a model to independently identify the key-value pairing(s) in new forms. Once trained, the model is used to identify the key-value pairing(s) in new forms.

    Abstract: A power circuit is adapted for providing a programming voltage to an electronic fuse circuit, and includes a pass transistor of a P-type metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor, a buffer circuit, and a bulk voltage control circuit. The pass transistor includes a bulk electrode, a gate electrode, a first source/drain electrode receiving a system high voltage, and a second source/drain electrode connected to a bit line. The buffer circuit provides a control voltage to the gate electrode of the pass transistor. The pass transistor is turned on during a programming operation and turned off during a reading operation. The bulk voltage control circuit independently provides a bulk voltage to the bulk electrode. A last-stage buffer of the buffer circuit is also activated by the bulk voltage to control the pass transistor during the reading operation of the electronic fuse circuit. A method for providing power to an electronic fuse circuit is also provided.
