  • Publication number: 20130091949
Abstract: A pizeoresistive type Z-axis accelerometer is provided, including a substrate; a plurality of anchors formed over the substrate; a plurality of cantilever beams, wherein the cantilever beams include a piezoresistive material; and a proof mass, wherein the proof mass is suspended over the substrate by respectively connecting the proof mass with the anchors, and the accelerometer senses a movement of the proof mass by the piezoresistive material.

  • Publication number: 20120285245
Abstract: A sensing apparatus includes an acceleration sensing unit, for measuring an acceleration applied to a proof mass, further including: a proof mass; a carrier signal source, for providing a carrier signal; a capacitive half-bridge, including a first and a second capacitor, wherein each capacitor is coupled to the proof mass and the carrier signal source, one with a positive electrode and the other one with a negative electrode, and the acceleration applied to the proof mass makes the carrier signal flow through the first and the second capacitor so that the first capacitor and the second capacitor respectively generates a first voltage and a second voltage variation which have opposite phases with each other; and an instrumentation amplifier, for receiving and amplifying the first voltage and the second voltage variation, whereby the magnitude and the direction of the acceleration applied to the proof mass is determined.

  • Patent number: 8220015
Abstract: An addressing device for transmitting satellite TV signal is electrically connected with a satellite down-converter and at least one STB installed at a subscriber end. When the subscriber activates the STB for playing satellite TV channel programs, the satellite down-converter receives satellite signals provide by a satellite system end and processes the satellite signals to generate baseband satellite TV signal for input into the addressing device. Next, the addressing device receives GPS signal indicating the position where it is installed and then addresses the GPS signal, further executing digital security processes to converting the area address into an address signal having the same transmission frequency as that of the baseband satellite TV signal. Finally, the address signal is mixed with the baseband satellite TV signal for output to the STB.

  • Patent number: 7784070
Abstract: A satellite signal receiver includes a downconverter, a GPS chip and a transmission controller. The downconverter downconverts satellite signal of digital television into baseband signal for output to the transmission controller. The GPS chip scrambles and encrypts GPS signal into address data and outputs address data to the transmission controller for enabling the transmission controller to convert address data into analog signal for output with the baseband signal to a set-top-box, which converts analog address data into digital GPS signal and compares it with an authorization address carried in the satellite signal and then outputs authorized digital television satellite signal when the comparison is matched.

  • Publication number: 20080196223
Abstract: A wear-proof zipper assembly has two engaging assemblies engaging respectively with each other. Each engaging assembly has a strip, multiple engaging elements, a binding thread and a core element. Each engaging element has an intermediate recess. The binding thread is mounted on the strip, is mounted in the intermediate recesses of the engaging elements and binds the engaging elements on the strip. The binding threads are hardly worn off so the wear-proof zipper assembly is durable.
